  I wish I could give Ivan more than 5 stars! I came all the way from B.C. to the Best Buy in Calgary to buy an iPad, and Ivan made the entire experience so easy and stress-free. His customer service was genuinely unbeatabl. He was so patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He truly went above and beyond, and I honestly had one of the best customer service experiences ever. Ivan is an absolute gem and Best Buy is lucky to have him!

  OMG!! I just had the best service from a lovely lady named Clair. I couldn't cancel something online, or customer service online couldn't even find my account I come into the store and get help from Clair. She found my account and did exactly what I needed done and I even got a refund on my card. Lol..She deserves a raise, I am not even kidding. Spectacular service Thank you. If there were more people like Clair...I wouldn't have to write any bad google reviews. Hahaha.😅😅

  Anything you need when it comes to electronics cell phones TVs or any other electronics at Best buy is the place to go and excellent service

  I signed up for a Fido mobile plan at this Best Buy in March 2026. Before I signed, the sales representative told me the monthly price would be guaranteed for two years. However, only about three months later, Fido increased my monthly plan by $4. When I returned to the store to ask about it, the same representative -Parminder denied ever telling me the price was guaranteed for two years and refused to help. I later reviewed my agreement and found that it actually states “Month to Month”, with no written two-year price guarantee. This was very disappointing because I relied on the sales representative’s explanation when making my decision. If I had known the plan was month-to-month and the price could increase after only a few months, I would not have signed up. I hope Best Buy will investigate this matter and provide better training and customer service.

  Last week Tried to take out a phone contract. Manager was so insistent that I couldn’t take one with a UK passport, CoPR, permanent SIN number and Canadian credit card, and that “nowhere would accept it” even though I have previously took out a contract with no job, on a temp work visa or no credit card. Didn’t believe me or attempt to try. Went downtown today at the 17th Ave store, people were great. Managed to get the contract using my UK passport and Canadian credit card with no issues. They said they had even accepted a Chinese credit card before and it worked. Not the first time I had a bad experience in this store. Would highly recommend using a different location if you ever get anything from best buy
