  I had a very disappointing experience with a supervisor named Uday. Unfortunately, I found his attitude toward me to be disrespectful and unnecessarily rude. I came into the store expecting professional customer service, but the way I was treated made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. I understand that employees can have difficult days, but being a supervisor comes with an even greater responsibility to treat customers respectfully and professionally. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into what happened

  I'm usually happy with Best Buy as a whole, but this location has a customer service issue that I wouldn't wish on anyone. We've been shopping at this location for years, but after the treatment my partner recieved, I will surely be avoiding this location and cautioning any friends from shopping there unless they can figure out a way to treat shoppers with a shred of decency. We've bought almost all of our TVs, laptops, accessories, gaming consoles, and more from Best Buy and I will be preferring almost any other store possible than returning to this location, or even Best Buy as a whole. Being verbally abrasive, physically intimidating, and aggressively monitoring customers who are testing the product they want to buy is a sure fire way to alienate potential customers from ever coming back. Some customers don't want to be hounded by every employee in the store asking them questions—in fact many neurodiverse folks like myself prefer to have space so we can think and not feel pressured. This environment doesn't provide a feeling of care or safety for that. I hope for and expect better from Best Buy and its associates.

  On their VIP day on 30 July, Sreshth was superb. He knows his stuff and he gave us great deals! This is a great Best Buy with helpful staff

  Me and my brother both paid $500 dollars over what we should have paid because the listing was incorrect. Even with this issue they would not give use are money back. came to this best buy if you wanna get scammed might sue.

  Geek squad is a joke they hide behind sending everything away for "repair" had to fight to get a copy of work order in hand ans still having to go back to deal with them to get my tablet REPLACED not sent out for anther week for a shit job repair
