    I've lived near this Bestbuy for years and went in today looking for an external hard drive. I found an awesome deal, almost too good to be true. There were easily 30+ cards still on the peg and I took one up to customer service only for them to tell me they were out of stock. I asked why there were more than 30 cards on the stand if they were out of stock and the person just shrugged at me. I asked them to order one online for me and they said they were out of stock online as well. I pulled up the exact unit online and showed them that it was shown as in stock both online and in person, albeit for a higher price. They shrugged and grabbed a completely different hard drive from the locker just started to ring it in. It came in at twice the price and they seemed shocked when I told them I didn't want it and would shop elsewhere. The thing is, this is the SECOND TIME that this exact same situation has happened to me at this location this year. I've also had numerous cases where the price that comes up at the till is different than what's on the peg and I've had to either walk away or fight it. I can't remember when the last time was that I got an actual good deal without any games or fuss from this location. This leads me to think that either they put these low prices up to entice people to the counter only to pull the old bait-and-switch and get them to pay twice the price OR the original price is an error and rather than fix it they simply say its out of stock. I wonder how many people don't know any better any fall for this. Either way it is dishonest sales practices. This will be my last time shopping at Bestbuy. My advice is to go shop at Memory Express, they may be more expensive but at least they are honest.

    Really bad experience on upgrading my cell phone, no patience no knowledge, then I have to go to freedom to figure out there is a better option, don't think will go to this store anymore.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service I came into Best Buy specifically to compare a JBL Go 5 with a few other speaker options that had been recommended to me. Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything without making me feel rushed or pressured. He thoroughly explained the differences in sound quality, weight, portability, durability, and overall value between several models. He also discussed competing brands, current popular trends, and even what products were available for home delivery if I decided not to purchase in-store. His recommendations felt honest and tailored to what I was actually looking for, rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive option. I've shopped at Best Buy on and off for most of my life, and honestly, this ranks among my best experiences yet. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. As a bonus, my children were thrilled to find complimentary snacks near the entrance, which immediately made the visit more enjoyable for them. It's a small touch, but it helped create a welcoming atmosphere for families. Overall, I left with exactly the product I wanted, a great understanding of my options, and a genuinely positive shopping experience. Thank you, Adam, for going above and beyond. Very happy to leave a five-star review and will definitely be back.

    Shanty and her coworkers made every attempt to deny a totally valid return. Made several efforts for me to go to Sunridge. Made the excuse that they didnt have enough cash (a whole store with less than 1000 dollars...). Then they couldnt understand the idea that the item was on sale and was no longer on sale. Turned a 5 minute task into a 30 minute ordeal. I accepted to take partial payment on debit. She blundered and completed the transaction entirely on cash. When that happened suddenly they were able to get all the cash... Deceptive and manipulative tactics. Go to memory express, london drugs, or visions. Bestbuy staff and management dont uphold their word, and their policy is a facade.

    Absolute nightmare trying to get a simple answer. All I wanted to know was if I could pick up my new laptop tomorrow. The AI assistant is completely useless and couldn't understand me, and the phone support wasn't any better—borderline rude and a massive language barrier. It shouldn't be this hard to ask a basic question about an order. Really sucks that the after purchase support is so terrible because in person was completely fine and great. Seems like after you make a purchase they don’t care about you anymore. Super shady.
