  Terrible experience, staff did not know what they were talking about, yet somehow managed to convey a condescending tone. And as if that wasn't bad enough they lied to my face in an attempt to sell me something i already did not want as if i wouldn't know the details of what i'm looking for.

  Very disappointed with the service here. I came to get my Zagg screen protector replaced as they have a warranty agreement with Best Buy. I’ve replaced it twice in less than a year and had no issue. They give me a new one from the shelf everytime. Today I went in for the replacement and the employee was having a lot of issues trying to get this set up. He then said we don’t have the screen protector even though I grabbed the correct one. He grabbed an Insignia screen protector, didn’t tell me and then tried to finish the transaction until I seen the colour of the box is different. He told me they don’t do the replacements with new ones and that the policy changed but couldn’t tell me what the new policy was and that the screen protector was the same even though they clearly aren’t. Trying to pass off a premium product as the in house crap that Best Buy sells was crazy work. What’s the point of this program if you’re going to do this? Extremely disappointed and go elsewhere for screen protectors cause this place will just change the policy. PS: The only information online I could find about the policy change was that maybe sometimes they won’t change it with the newer phones cause it’s expensive. Yes that’s so terrible for them, the company that’s made almost a billion dollars last year. What a joke!

  Is business SO good that it is now impossible to call a store? They called me at their convenience which wasn't good time for me. I live far away. Now, all you get is automated.... not great.
