  Absolutely horrendous smell inside this Best Buy location. Visited on October 12, 2026, and was genuinely shocked by the overpowering, unpleasant incense-like odour mixed with hints of nasty body odor throughout the store. It was so strong that it induced a headache and made the entire shopping experience extremely uncomfortable. I have visited countless retail establishments over the years, and I cannot recall encountering anything quite this offensive. A major electronics retailer should provide a reasonably clean, comfortable, and neutral shopping environment, not subject customers to overwhelming fragrances. People should be able to browse electronics without leaving with a headache. Whatever is causing this smell needs to be addressed by management. Completely unacceptable shopping conditions.

  Great experience at Best Buy! I went in looking for over-the-ear headphones, and the sales associate was so friendly and helpful. He showed me a few options, let me try them out, and he even paired them with my phone after I bought them, which I really appreciated since I’m not as tech-savvy these days. Excellent customer service!

  I've been shopping here for years, but something has changed. The past two times I went in, the customer service was abysmal. It was hard to find staff for assistance and, when I did, he wasn't very helpful or pleasant. The set up at the back for pick ups and purchasing is not well defined for some or well managed by the employees. While I was waiting in the marked area for my turn to buy an item, another customer walked right up to the counter in front of me from outside this marked area. When I indicated that I was next, the employee made some excuse and took him ahead of me (while three other employees stood nearby chatting with each other). When it happened a second time, I put the item back and left the store. I'll have to be desperate for something before going there again.

  I had an excellent experience with Team Lead Alexander. He handled our phone plan efficiently and with great attention to detail. Despite having a heavy workload and constant questions from colleagues, he remained calm, composed, and highly professional throughout. His patience and outstanding customer service truly stood out. It’s rare to see someone manage pressure so gracefully while still delivering top-quality service. Highly recommended!

  Been here twice the last 24 hours, and not a single person in this store knows what they’re doing or what they’re talking about. I couldn’t even get an answer to a simple question about the kind of Apple Pencil I wanted. Talked to 3 different people, one guy even told me to “just Google it”. Terrible customer service, will never come back. Decided to take my business to Staples across the street. Don’t bother with this Best Buy!
