  Last night ordered a simple 45w samsung charger.. In the morning I got a email saying out of stock and it got canceled. Fine. Got a pre-auth charge for $51.44. Next day, I called customer care and they searched it and said if I order now it'll be ready for pick up. So while on the phone, I ordered it again. And customer representative said it'll ready in 1 hour. Happy. And came to the store in the evening and at the store they said they don't have it and they searched and said we don't have it. Waited 30mins just so they can find it. I was fine with it, mistakes happen. But came back and it was not in the store. They said, if I want to cancel the order on my own. So I logged in, wanted to cancel but there is no option from my end. So I asked the store to cancel it themselves, at that point, they couldn't find my order even a simple cancellation cannot even done. Now I am sitting on $100 pre-auth which will be back after "EVENTUALLY". For purchasing they took money, but for return it takes 5-7 business days.. Don't update their inventory, contact center don't have any clue about the stores. Best Buy is great store, been going there since 2016.. BUT, will never come to this Store.

  Terrible. Used to be good 5 years ago but now they don't know anything! If you talk to one guy he will quickly run to get another guy who is also totally useless. This happened in THREE different departments; they frankly know nothing and are putting on a show. Don't even bother coming here... please buy online to the countless other competitors. If you're not sure exactly what you want, go somewhere else (or ask online) because these guys simply won't know and/or they will lie to you.

  Had a fantastic experience with their mobility team, particularly Alex, Sahil, and Yousef. They were all so willing to help and smooth over the hiccups that comes with phone plan transfers.

  Bought a ROG Xbox Ally, when I put in an SD card it just got completely stuck, didn’t force it in just a push with my finger , Went to exchange it after reading that it’s almost impossible to get out they took it to the back and opened it up, took them 10 minutes which is not enough time to fully reveal the motherboards SR reader which is in the very back of the ROG ally, then claimed it was physical damage and the Reader was broken, keep it mind the sd card is still in there so they either just left it stuck or in the more likely case realized how hard it is to reach the reader and decided just to claim physical damage.
