  I visited Best Buy on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago because I wanted to buy a keyboard. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. There did not seem to be a single available associate willing to help. Several employees appeared to be walking around or talking, but no one approached me or offered assistance. I eventually asked an associate whether the keyboard I found came with a regular full-size mouse. He answered unpleasantly and told me that it did. However, after checking the box myself, I discovered that the item did not include a full-size mouse. It only came with a smaller, slim-style mouse. I waited another 15–20 minutes hoping someone would help me, but no associate came by. Even an HP representative in the store was more helpful than the Best Buy staff and tried to help locate a store associate, but no one was available. I ended up leaving and going to a nearby Staples instead. Their staff went above and beyond, found the keyboard I was looking for, and had everything sorted out within about 15 minutes. Even though I paid a bit more there, the service was worth it. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this Best Buy location. I would rather shop somewhere that values customers and provides proper service.

  Well Went there to buy a laptop for my business Was told that Lenovo has stopped making ThinkPads and they only make yoga laptops. I looked it up and this is a lie. Then I also wanted to buy a pressure washer and I was told by same person that best buy does not sell pressure washers. AND THEY DO IN FACT. Need to update your training guys bot a good experience

  Zero customer service and respect by multiple employees in this location. Not worth the visit at all.

  I entered the store at 5:30 pm and the store was supposed to close at 6 we selected a 65” samsung tv worth over $1200 and a ps5 controller for over $200 but the Employee named Vedant told us multiple times that “the store is closed” he also mentioned that the controller is expensive when we asked the price. We were about to purchase stuff for over $2000 but ended up getting nothing for such negligent behaviour, when we were about to leave he again said that the store is closed like he wanted to kick us out. I would never in my life visit this best buy or any other best buy in city if this is how you guys treat customers.
