  I came to the store this morning hoping to buy the 40th anniversary limited edition Zelda Switch 2 for my daughter. I was so happy when I pulled up and saw there was no lineup! When the store opened, I asked the young woman who unlocked the doors about it, and she told me they had sold out during the midnight launch of the new Zelda game the night before. :( We chatted for a bit, and I told her what little I knew about their restock from a friend of a friend who spoke with a Nintendo rep at another midnight launch elsewhere in the city. I talked about how ahead of the game her manager had been. Since they were sold out, I told her I had no reason to go inside and headed back to my car. As I'm sitting there getting my audiobook set up, I see her running out of the store yelling, "WE HAVE ONE! WE HAVE ONE! Someone made a return!" I couldn't believe it! She could have easily just gone about her day, but instead she remembered me, came running out to find me and made sure I had the opportunity to get one for my daughter. That young lady absolutely went above and beyond today, and I hope her manager knows what a gem they have working for them. She deserves a raise! ❤️

  I had a very disappointing customer service experience at Best Buy Sunridge. The customer service provided by Rida was poor, and I felt that my concerns were not handled with professionalism or courtesy. As a customer, I expected respectful communication and proper assistance, but unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. Good customer service should involve listening to customers, understanding their concerns, and making an effort to resolve issues rather than making customers feel uncomfortable. I am very disappointed with this experience and hope Best Buy management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training to staff. I would expect a much higher standard of service from a company like Best Buy.

  Jazzy at Best Buy absolute awesome and so knowledgeable. I was looking for wired headphones with answering phones features. He found me one quickly, Sudio, it can be wired or wireless, now I can study in the library with that and answer call just like that with my ear phones on. The best is he also recommend me the connector from Apple just $10 that save me tons of money and time looking around. Just awesome advice and Best Customer Service Experience ever. Thank you Jazzy!!

  Crazy team at mobile center.. i visited them to get prepaid mobile.. initially they offered me $24 a month, then they realized it was $29 and later it was $30. So they dont know the price Best is yet to come, I paid and they were not even able to activate it.. one person after another and then they want me to go to 7eleven to get prepaid vouchers.. Bunch of untrained professionals who are pretty bad at their jobs.

  I’ve been shopping at Best Buy for over 10 years, and I’ve always had a very good experience. Recently, I purchased a Sony BRAVIA home theater system from Best Buy. Shortly after my purchase, I noticed the exact same item went on sale. I went back to Best Buy, and they were very helpful and refunded me the difference without any hassle. This is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back. I’ve purchased many of my electronics from Best Buy over the years, and they’ve consistently provided great service, good products, and support when I needed it. Very happy with my experience and definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone shopping for electronics.
