  I went to the store for my recent purchase which was Apple Macbook Neo. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, my sales person was Divya and she helped to answer all the queries I had, also suggested me best buying plans acording to my finances. Service was fast and delivery was within two days as well. Overall Experience was memorable and helpful.

  If you want to be insulted this is a great place to go as the staff here sold me a brand new laptop with extended coverage saying oh its amazing and we cover everything the manufacturer doesn't cover it had some error messages and I thought I would check with them they said oh error messages are normal on windows and the idiot I spoke to told me oh we don't cover the hard drive, motherboard, processor, ram, wireless card battery, adapter, software & standard wear so basically we cover nothing I took my laptop and left then called the manufacturer and they said it was defective and replaced it with a newer model. Goes to show you that this company not worth buying from.

  Excellent service from Agent Singh at Best Buy. He helped me recover my HP laptop after a BIOS update issue and quickly identified the problem. He was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. Thanks to his expertise, my laptop was working again. I highly recommend Agent Singh for technical support and customer service.
