Apple Market Mall is way better on customer service than here, the technician that receive us wasn't the nicest, she didn't even told us her name, she told me that i couldn't get a replacement for my phone that was severely damaged and told me she had to send it to depot and gave me another damaged phone as a loan till mine is back, but as I said it's also damaged, and i think the lady already knew because she was pressing me saying that if the phone came back with any scratches i would then have to pay the full phone out of warranty, the phone was already scratched and it turns out it has 0% battery life and doesn't recognize the battery as an original piece, it turns of every second and doesn't charge over 1% i wanted to report her but on the email i got with the quote for the repair of my phone she didn't even wrote her name nor employee ID, i would recommend that if you have enough time go to market mall, they have way better costumer service and the staff is way more prepared

I recently visited the Apple store at Chinook to collect an item I had ordered online. Regrettably, Ikqbal, who assisted me, demonstrated poor customer service skills. When I asked for a printed receipt for my phone purchase, I was told it would be emailed to me, but after an hour, I had yet to receive it. As I was still nearby, I returned to the store and presented Ikqbal with the QR code to access my purchase details. However, she was unable to locate the information using her phone and failed to offer alternative solutions to assist me. Instead, she informed me that a printed receipt couldn't be provided for online purchases, which I found to be an inadequate response.

I visited the Chinook Apple Store expecting staff to replace a faulty SanDisk flash drive after being told they would help; after I traveled in, management refused and instructed me to call SanDisk instead. Staff had given me the impression it would be handled in-store, so the refusal was frustrating and a waste of my time. I’m also concerned about trusting iCloud for children’s photos and app permissions; be cautious about what apps you grant access to and who can view stored content. Overall experience: poor customer service and unhelpful management. Not recommended.

Was 15 min earlier than the appointment. Staff told me the process of a battery replacement. It was not what I thought it was. If the Apple Store could have those information ahead when booking appointments, I would not even book an appointment. On the website, it said the repair is easy. First, Apple Store staff required me to come to the appointment at “exact time “ I booked. So, Either I wait here or come back. Then, if I came back, it will be testing my phone running diagnose. Then, if everything fine, they will take my phone for 1.5-2hrs battery replacement. I cancel the appointment right away. It because even I came back in 15min, they might ask me to wait for longer. I saw 8-9customers before me and waiting, and they look like exhausted. So I decided not to come back. What a waste of my time to running to the Apple Genius Bar.

Store review: We were there for a device with screen issues. They accepted us quickly and set up for a text service for our “appointment”. After receiving the text message that said the appointment was ready, we went back to the store and were guided to sit in the front row of chairs. And then we wait and wait and no one is talking to us. To sum: the wait was too long after the appointment was ready. Mac Air review: The device had screen issues after 3 months of purchasing. Gently used. It was good the night before and the next morning screen no longer work. Brought in and was told the screen is cracked (could see at a certain angle but surface is smooth) - “likely due to something on the keyboard while closing” technician said. Quoted 700+ to repair and 130+ had we had apple care + (we didn’t). This device was babied and disappointed it failed and is not covered by warranty. I’d say this device screen is far prone to crack than other devices.
