  Former Best Buy employee here. Travelled from Medicine Hat to Brooks to buy a headset and controller as i refuse to do business with Store 23 in Medicine Hat due to repeated unacceptable experiences. I called the store, spoke to Stephen (sorry if spelt wrong) and asked if he could confirm it was actually in stock. He did straight away, so my fiance and i drove to Brooks and back from Medicine Hat and happily spent $200+ and was treated with respect and kindness. Will happily make this trip again in the future if need be. Thanks!

  I had an exceptional customer service experience at Best Buy, thanks to Amber. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my visit. She took the time to understand what I needed, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and Amber went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
