  I usually don't leave reviews but I wanted to share my experience, I went to purchase a unlocked 17e outright, they did not have any unlocked 17's for sale so they ordered me on in to pick up. Not only did they sell me the wrong model (sold the 17, not 17e to me) but they also ordered me the wrong colour. Usually I don't care for colour but after spending $1000+, I was expecting them to get me the right colour and model. They also didn't tell me the price of the 17e or the 17, just simply put my total balance on the machine and didn't say a word. I understand if they make minimum or below working there but their selling luxury products, the service was appalling, would not recommend. Workers were also very surly and did not explain anything clear, mumbled, and acted like they didn't want me to be there.

  I went into Best Buy and had a wonderful experience. Linette helped me and truly went above and beyond with her service. After I explained what I needed, she offered a variety of options until we found the one best suited for me. She spent a lot of time helping me, and I never felt rushed. She made me feel very comfortable and someone I could genuinely trust. Her knowledge is extremely deep, and she was professional throughout the entire experience.   Had such a great experience with Linette at Best Buy Banff. I came in confused trying to set up a phone plan as a Brit who’d just arrived, and hadn’t had any luck with Public Mobile online. Even though they don’t offer it in-store, Linette took the time to walk me through all my options and helped set me up with a suitable Lucky Mobile plan. She was super friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly, even making choosing my number fun. She really went above and beyond, also providing a clear follow-up plan to help me get the best deal, and easy access to continued support in the future. Also had a nice chat with Steven, who shared some helpful local advice. Overall just a really friendly, helpful experience – I went in stressed and jet lagged, and left feeling completely sorted.
