  Amazing guys at this location, very helpful and thoughtful. Kapil and Anmol helped me deal with mine, very smooth. Highly recommend. Certainly need a bigger space with full Best Buy specs, the team is already amazing!!

  I've been trying to call you guys to see if you have a demo of a specific product setup. Unfortunately because of your silly Best Buy bureaucracy you can no longer reach store locations directly by phone. I'm not sure whose idea this is but it's not a good one!

  I came to get the screen guard for my iPhone 17 pro max . The last time I came I got the same one for around $25 with installation This time, they charged me $39 stating there is a $10 fee for installation. Poor service - bad experience walking in the store- the girl who did this didn’t suggest to put a wider protector and she did a pathetic job of installing. She did it crooked. I was watching while she was doing, she removed the one that I bought as she did something wrong and while she was putting it back it wasn’t sticking and then she took one from the cabinet and used it. She didn’t even say anything about it. I would recommend getting anything done at this store. Everything was a chaos. I wish there was less than 1 star that I could rate the team

  We had a great experience at Best Buy-Airdrie thanks to Lariza and Ruby! From the moment we walked in, they were both welcoming, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. We were looking to upgrade our phone and decided on the S26 Ultra, and Lariza took the time to walk us through all the features and options without any pressure. Ruby also stepped in with helpful insights, making sure we were getting the best value and plan that suited our needs. What really stood out was their patience and product knowledge. They didn’t rush us at all and made sure we fully understood the device before making our decision. They even helped us with setup tips and answered all our questions clearly. Huge thanks to both of them for making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had!
