  I came into Best Buy - Mayfair for a minor sim card purchase and ended up with an issue that required assitance from Telus. The Telus store told me they could not help so when I returned to Martina at Best Buy she went above and beyond to provide a solution despite it not being their responsibility. If you were to look up excellent customer service you would find a picture of Martina !! Go to Best Buy.... don't waste time Telus

  Went in and purchased a Samsung outright for my daughter, the talked me into the protection plan because it would cover screen damage. Tried to have the screen repaired only to be told the extra coverage the talked me into purchasing doesn't cover screen damage like they said. My mistake was trusting their word and not reading the details. Be sure to review all documents
