  Went in and purchased a Samsung outright for my daughter, the talked me into the protection plan because it would cover screen damage. Tried to have the screen repaired only to be told the extra coverage the talked me into purchasing doesn't cover screen damage like they said. My mistake was trusting their word and not reading the details. Be sure to review all documents

  (12pm 18 July 2025) 2 representatives “working“ Had to wait for while one representative discussed sports and fantasy football picks with other people, while the other representative occasionally joined in. Finally had to cut into the conversation to ask if anyone was actually working, at which point he assumed what I was there for and what kind of phone I had without even asking

  Martina at this location was such a pleasure to get assistance from! We were dealing with a very odd service issue and she tried her absolute best to make sure things were sorted, and stayed extremely patient, professional and composed through it all. I am super grateful for her help, as no one has been able to help me with my service provider issue nearly as much as she did! Thanks Martina!
