I came in with a completely messed-up phone — blue and green screens, typing random stuff on its own, totally dead. I was also paying $130 a month with Fido and honestly didn’t know what to do. Then I met Siobhan, and she was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, patient, and knew exactly how to help. She got me set up with a brand new phone — the one-year newer version of my old one — and somehow got me on a new plan for only $80 a month while keeping my same number. On top of that, she even hooked me up with a $50 gift card, which I used to grab a new phone case, and she helped me add Best Buy’s monthly coverage that protects against all sorts of things that can happen to a phone. I walked out with a better phone, a lower bill, and full peace of mind. Honestly, this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a Best Buy. Siobhán went above and beyond — 10/10 would totally recommend her and this location!
