    I visited Best Buy the afternoon of November 22, 2025. I bought a tv and the sales associate was extremely helpful in helping me selecting one (I didn't catch the name, unfortunately). I'm happy with my experience. The gentleman, Shanuk, was polite, patient and went above and beyond helping me with getting the tv to the vehicle.

    I had a wonderful shopping experience at Best Buy thanks to Edward B from the TV and small appliances department. From the moment I asked for help, he was professional, friendly, and very patient. I had a lot of questions and was quite unsure about what to choose, but Edward never rushed me or pushed me to make a decision. Instead, he carefully listened to what I needed and gave me clear, honest suggestions. He explained the differences between several TV models and small appliances in a way that was easy to understand, including the features, pros and cons, and what would be the most suitable choice for my situation. I really appreciated that he focused on what was best for me, not just on selling the most expensive item. His product knowledge is excellent, and you can tell he really cares about helping customers make the right decision. Overall, Ed made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Because of his professionalism, responsibility, and patience, I felt very confident about my purchase. Best Buy is very lucky to have someone like Edward on the team. I will definitely come back and look for him again next time I need something. Highly recommend asking for Ed if you need help in the TV & small appliances section!

    Shoutout to one of ur customer service staff member Saniya ❤️❤️ I was having a problem with a return while waiting for so long but Saniya was the one who helped me with my process so nicely where my wait felt for like yeah worth it..HAHA! Honestly, the only thing that really impressed me she is really genuinely sweet and kind and how politely she handled the frustrating situation..nice man.. When staff members are like her..it makes the customer feel nicee. Please keep encouraging this kind of excellent service!

    My boyfriend and I were super excited to buy a new TV; it’s a big purchase and having someone to take the time, who is patient and knowledgeable and also does not push you into a sale or into something you don’t need is hard to come by. Atefeh Was very pleasant to shop with and met all of the criteria I need when making a big purchase. We are so pleased and left really grateful to have made the right decision which was not the original purchase we considered but better and still within budget, to clarify this is where she showed her patience in showing us the difference in visual quality and asking us the right questions on how we planned on using the tv.

    I bought a tv from this location Edward , Nikita and the whole team at geek squad were very helpful I had trouble with my bank not letting me pay with debit tried so many times Edward,Nikita were so patient I ended up paying with cash also when delivery time came Geek squad brought me the wrong tv but we're able to locate it within 2 days all of the best buy team were so understanding to my frustration as I waited 3 weeks for delivery and they gave me a gift for the unfortunate mistake just glad to have all the team care about my situation great service!!!! Also geek squad were very helpful and quick in wall mounting such a big tv overall everyone at best buy was awesome 👍
