I went to buy something today, not enough staff, and i approached a staff guy just to ask quickly where í can find a simple screen cleaner, he yelled he was busy, he was alone, he could had just told me where to find it but instead was rude and told me to find someone else to help me, í have to walk by myself around the Store to find it which is ok, but his attitude was terrible

I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy location on Dec 26 regarding a mobile activation. After waiting 2 hours in line, I finally got to speak to a staff and was explicitly told that there would be no activation fee whatsoever. However, after the order was submitted, the story changed, and I was told it would only be "credited in a few months" which isn't what I wanted.
To make matters worse, when they promised to reverse the order, I was assured I wouldn't be charged if I didn't port my number. This was false. Bell informed me that because a temporary number was already assigned and an account had been created, I am now being billed for more than $140, including that "waived" activation fee.
On top of that, they insisted that I should provide credit card details for the payment, despite the Bell discount being for debit payments only, leading to extra monthly fees.
Also, a hard credit check was performed following this misleading information. Very unprofessional staff. Proceed with caution!

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience today at this granville best buy store. I went to buy a Samsung S25 (256GB Navy) and an advisor Tasvai misquoted a $45/month Koodo plan. Based on that incorrect quote, a credit check was also run. Afterward, I was told the correct plan was $85/month.
This was extremely misleading and stressful, and no compensation or solution was offered. Overall, I had a bad experience, and the store’s handling of this situation was poor. I hope Best Buy improves their process, because this store really sucks in terms of honesty and customer service.

Unacceptable experience. I placed an order for pickup at the Park Royal location, yet Best Buy changed the pickup store to Robson & Granville without my authorization. Online chat support was unable to fix this mistake and told me the order would simply be cancelled automatically if not picked up.
Despite this, I later received a voicemail stating that the system shows my order as “picked up,” while the item is actually still sitting in the store. This raises serious concerns about order control, inventory accuracy, and internal processes.
Customers should not be forced to spend time correcting errors caused by the company. This level of mismanagement and lack of accountability is disappointing and unacceptable for a large retailer.

Where do I start, Shahab was the nicest worker I’ve ever met. I came in just to browse around to see what my options were as I wanted to come in on Boxing Day to try and get a good deal, I explained this to him and he showed me some options, told him my budget (which was low) and he accommodated to that. But then he told me about financing which I didn’t know you could do with computers. My mind was blown away with how he was able to find me the newest MacBook Pro M5 which was way out of my budget to begin with but because I got approved to finance it, it’s only $40 a month! He was able to find me the best deal with the best product on top of educating me on computers and how they work, and signed me up with a membership to Best Buy so I can have access to repairs, services, and damages. On top of everything else he was also able to give me a discount!! He was so nice and attentive, he showed a lot of patience with me as I’m very new to this, he explained everything very clearly and repeated things when I didn’t understand. I was very very pleased with his service and I highly recommend him to anyone!!
Now I have a brand new laptop and I didn’t have to wait for Boxing Day ( he also told me if the price were to drop for Boxing Day then they’d price match it and adjust it so I could still get the deal) how amazing!
