Shopping for a tv with al the new tech can be a bit scary... but the vendor reps and the blue shirt sales staff were awesome, explained everything, answered all my questions and made my decision easier. I’ve shopped at this location more than 10 times between November and February, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing.
The sales associates often seem cold, unfriendly, disengaged, and unmotivated, as if they’re simply going through the motions rather than genuinely helping customers. On multiple visits, staff were standing in groups chatting without acknowledging me or offering assistance.
The overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming, and I genuinely hope management takes steps to improve the in-store experience.

I had a fantastic experience at this Best Buy location thanks to Sylvia and the manager, Ryan. Sylvia was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made sure I got the best deal possible by assisting with a price match. Ryan was also amazing to deal with—he was professional, supportive, and made the whole transaction seamless. It's rare to find this level of customer service these days. I’m thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to this store!

Typically we shop at the Kingsway best buy but today we were at the Cambie location, as we entered immediate service associate came to help us. We wanted a small TV for our father. We were not able to get the same TV as it was out of stock a few weeks ago and when it was on sale, he immediately referred us to the Store Manager Brahm, what a welcoming warm smile, we explained and requested for the sale price and Brahm seamlessly offered us a good price, offered warranties, he then asked his associate Ved to complete the transaction. Ved continued to help us look for other products. When we finally left the store, we felt, how welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable the staff are and above all, Brahm their manager was very well liked by his team members and so easy to buy hassle free and outstanding experience. Thank you Brahm and team, we know now that Cambie although far for us will be shopping hub for us when we need any products. Keep up this highly acclaimed service
