    By far the best experience I've had with Best Buy. Victoria and Fazela and the whole team were very gracious and accommodating of our complex situation involving exchange, gift card, and warranty. Total customer-first attitude. Will be coming back for all our next purchases.

    Customer service at this location is terrible. Got Beats headphones for Xmas with receipt and because you have to open the box which is sealed to look at the headset, they refused to return it since it was too small for my head. How else are you going to see if the headset fits if you don’t open the box?? Stupid policy!! Lesson learned. Only buy from Amazon with great policy no questions asked. These stores will shut down soon due to crappy customer service. Instead of pushing the item back in a customer’s face without listening and having a manager come to give me a credit only, made me never want to come back and buy from here again.

    Today I had an excellent experience at Best Buy Mobile for a SIM card change. Gagan helped me and the service was great. He was very kind, professional, and helpful. Everything was done quickly and smoothly. Highly recommended!

    Bought a 2 in 1 laptop and Gurleen helped me with selection and purchase. The best thing was that he understood that I required a laptop for study and casual gaming. He took that into account and advised me accordingly. He wasn't aiming at making me spend more but to help me buy a laptop as per my requirements. Thanks Gurleen

    As you all know I'm disabled and use a wheelchair i wanted to buy a power bar for my new TV the first salesman didn't listen to a word I told him what I needed he went to another guy and told him to show me something I didn't even ask for then they both went over to a area in the store that I couldn't get to cause my chair had to much obstacles in its path I felt totally degraded then the second guy led me over where there was a sound bar I ask him if it was easy to install he said yes plug it in and it does the rest itself so I bought it 540$ after 3 hrs of trying to install it i gave up and took it back to best buy that was the worst experience I ever had i gave 2 stars because the return part was easy .
