Bought an Apple IPhone 16 Pro Max last year and it’s been the biggest hunk of trash phone I’ve ever owned. It’s full of bugs that Apple cannot fix. The volume isn’t consistent. When I start typing it will make the “clacking” sound super intermittently. Apps constantly crash and I full on don’t believe it has a 120hz display. It’s lags worse than my 2005 AMD processor did when I tried to overclock it so I could play crisis. The auto correct has the vocabulary of a 12 year old. I cannot stress how bad this phone is. I can’t wait to sell this and go back to android.

It's unfortunate to have to write this review. I purchased these Apple Airpod 4 ANC in Dec 2024 for almost $300 after tax. After 10 & 1/2 months of use three large cracks appeared (see attached photos) and the right headphone button stopped working intermittently. I took them into Apple Pacific Centre for warranty on Nov 15, 2025 at 4:30pm. I thought it would be an easy exchange since they have a free one year warranty. I hadn't dropped them. I only use them inside, I have powerbeats pro 2 for outside. They said I must be pressing the button too hard or I'm pressing it too low. They said because of the crack they wouldn't even warranty it for the button not clicking on the right side. They said their system wouldn't allow it. So maybe this is a complaint to Apple HQ. It's always funny to me when people blame the system. Maybe there's something wrong with the system if it won't let you warranty things that are under warranty. To shut me up they took my Airpods away to test the software. They said they were fine and said so does that solve your problem. I just said yes and left, but there's clearly still 3 large cracks on the Airpods after only 10 months of use and an intermittent right click problem. I used to have cheaper apple earpod wired headphones and they were good about replacing them even when it was on the edge of the warranty. It's a shame that they don't stand behind the Airpod 4 the same way. They said I could pay $89 for a replacement, I'm not sure if it was for one or two (I was annoyed that this was there best offer). They've brought down the price on bestbuy to 139.99 for an open box, so $89 is almost full price. Just doesn't feel like the Apple of old. Good customer service used to be why I would recommend Apple, but it sounds like everyone else, profit is all they care about. They should make products that last longer than 10 months or if they don't at least warranty them when they break.

The first inteaction I had here was okay. However, recently, for the second time, I went to pick up a second Iphone 17 pro max that I ordered online on Friday night, November 14,2025. Right off the bat I noticed the specialists seem to be more interested in chatting with each other than actually helping customers. It wasn’t like this the last time I came. A girl named Blance, a specialist, was helping me today and she didn’t even check my ID before giving me the phone and letting me go, last time my ID was checked. Not sure how safe this is… Secondly, I felt that by asking for service, the specialist behaved in a way that showed that she felt annoyed by this, and told her friend, in front of me, “Hey I’ll just deal with this and get back to you”. I think it’s a good idea to give 100% focus on the customer, and not make them feel like they’re being a nuisance. Lastly I feel like she didn’t even bother to read my name properly, and because of that she pronounced my name completely wrong. She did a decent job with trying to sell the add-ons like apple care and cases and whatnot, but I mean like if you would have done it properly since the start, it would have been much more effective. See, I’m not giving a biased review with all negativity, I’m just being honest. If I was biased then I never would have mentioned that she did a decent job on selling add-ons. The reason I’m giving this 2 stars instead of one is because the first interaction I had wasn’t spectacular but it was decent, unlike this one.

I had an unbelievable experience at the Apple Store downtown, and I’m genuinely concerned about the safety of Apple products. For the past few years, I’ve been wrongly charged for AppleCare coverage and other services on a Mac device I do not own. I requested a refund through Apple’s online support months ago, but no refund was ever issued — instead, I just kept receiving receipts for products and services that weren’t mine. That’s why I came to the store in person today, hoping someone could finally help. Unfortunately, the staff repeatedly told me it wasn’t their responsibility and that they “only fix physical issues.” They told me to contact online support again, even after I explained I had already done that without any resolution. I’m extremely disappointed by this experience. If Apple Stores can’t help customers resolve billing or account issues, what’s the point of having in-person support? I shouldn’t have to keep going in circles between automated systems and unhelpful answers. On top of that, I’ve also received security notifications on my iPhone prompting me to transfer data to another device — something I never initiated. When I asked the staff about this, they simply said “there could be a million reasons” and told me to just change my password. No real explanation or reassurance was provided about whether my Apple data is actually safe. This experience left me extremely anxious about Apple’s security and their attitude to keep customer safe.

I bought an iphone 16 Plus from this store for my wife’s birthday. It’s barely been 6 months and the screen starts blinking. I asked the team to run diagnostics but they couldn’t figure out the issue. They asked me to come the other day to drop off for screen replacement. I asked them if I need to provide any receipt or identification they said no. I booked an appointment on that day for drop off. However, when I came back the other day, they made me wait for about half hour. Then this young Chinese guy comes to me and starts questioning me who I am. I told him I booked an appointment under my name to drop off an Iphone. He asked me to provide my ID. I told him that it was a drop off and you guys told me I didn’t need to bring anything. I had parked my car away 1.8 km away from the store. I left the store without arguing with him. Very unprofessional service, they could have mentioned me about the identification first hand before booking appointment. The management needs to step up and ask their tech support to provide proper explanation to the customer about the procedures, policies. I’ve been a lifelong apple customer and a share holder but facing a bad customer experience. I just want to dump all my shares and stop using apple products. Be accountable guys, you work in tech so you have to inform the customer first hand about the requirements and procedures.
