But when you go just to buy an Apple watch, without the need of browsing, we should be able to buy it on the spot without the need to reserve a time slot to go inside the shop. There is enough space outside to have a temporary cashier and have some kind of curbside pickup. This isn't good customer service. Especially when you come from far and will need to wait a couple of weeks before being able to return. All I was told is that I can buy online and have it delivered home. I am sorry but that's definitely not what I am expecting from Apple customer service.
