I went to buy a scooter today at this location.
I had a plan to buy a bike as well but I decided not to.
Firstly the only thing that the staff were worried about was the return policy instead of telling me a bit about their product. (Which I dont mind) but I don not accept this from a guy who seemed to be a supervisor.
Then their cashier repeated the same thing and asked me to park in the parking spot however it was my first time and I had go back and forth twice to finally i was able to find which parking they were talking about instead of sending someone to help.

This is a great store if you care about product quality. Overall, you can trust that they don’t just bring in random low-quality items. While it’s not perfect in every department, in most sections the standard is quite high.
I’ve bought quite a few things here: a laptop, a 70-inch TV, a speaker, mouse, headphones, and a blender. I was satisfied with almost everything — except the Sony speaker. That one really disappointed me. It sounded decent in the store, but at home it was terrible.
On the bright side, the HP laptop I got (with touchscreen and Copilot+ features) is fantastic. I absolutely love it!
I also really appreciated their free data transfer service. They transferred everything from my old laptop to the new one (or to an external hard drive) at no extra cost — it was excellent. They even installed antivirus for a very small fee, basically free.
The TV and blender are working great too.
However, there’s one important thing you should know that they don’t clearly explain:
They push their Fairstone financing offer pretty hard. They make it sound very easy — “just sign up, get a credit card based on your income, and you have 5 years to pay.” But what they don’t tell you is that the moment you accept the credit ( with deferred payments), your credit score takes a serious hit. In my case, it dropped by at least 60 points after taking $5,000 in financing. I paid it off immediately and closed the account.
Just be careful with that if your credit score matters to you.
Overall, I’m happy with my purchases and would shop here again — just stay smart with the financing options.
There are parking here as well.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy location.
I purchased an electric scooter and clearly explained beforehand that I would need to unpack it in-store so I could roll it out instead of carrying the box. This was acknowledged, and there was no indication at that point that this would be an issue or outside normal assistance.
However, this information was not passed on to checkout staff, so I had to explain everything again from the beginning.
The checkout itself was very fast—my card was processed immediately—but once payment was completed, the level of service changed noticeably.
Despite multiple staff being nearby, there was very little willingness to assist. Even basic help such as getting scissors required repeated requests.
At no point was I informed that unpacking assistance would not be provided, even though I raised the situation in advance. This made the experience feel inconsistent and poorly communicated, rather than clearly explained upfront.
While I was handling unpacking a large item, I observed staff being more engaged and attentive with other customers making smaller purchases.
During this time, I could also hear staff laughing in the area, which felt unprofessional in context.
When I asked for directions to the elevator, I received a dismissive response (“Right there!”) instead of basic assistance.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and inconsistent—very efficient when it came to taking payment, but lacking basic communication and courtesy afterward.

Very frustrating experience.
The display model of a LeapFrog baby monitor had a price of $177.98 shown directly below it, but this price actually referred to a different model.
What made this even more misleading is that the other display products beside it had their correct prices directly below them, not on a lower shelf.
This created an inconsistent and confusing setup.
We spent nearly 2 hours comparing and deciding based on that displayed price.
At checkout, the price was much higher.
When we went back, we realized the correct price was placed on a lower shelf.
The manager did not acknowledge the issue and only offered a partial discount.
Very disappointing — we left without buying anything.

I was left standing at the front of the checkout line alone for 15 minutes while the staff did nothing on a quiet Saturday morning. I had to ask the greeter 3 times if they could radio for someone to attend the checkout and was ignored twice. When someone finally arrived, I asked them if they thought that was acceptable service to which they replied rudely and dismissive. Honestly, don't even bother with this store, you'd be better off getting your items from Amazon.
