    More expensive than Home Depot (to only cite one cheaper place) Terrible customer service. The employees are uninterested in helping customers and will send you packing from phone number to phone number and from department to department. They delivered a dryer to us. When they couldn't install it due to being unprepared, they just left it there. When we asked about installing the dryer they sent us packing with the excuse that they did not have the piece needed (we found it next door at Home Depot). When we asked them to refund us for the useless dryer and to pick it up they said yes and told us they would come three days later. Three days later and not a peep from them. We then called customer service which only then created a "case" to pick up the dryer. They've wasted a week of our time and will be wasting more of our time as the dryer still isn't gone.

    I’m sorry, as a costumer I really don’t like being fallowed by your undercover security team. I think you and your entire security team staff can do a lot better, please go back to your our internal security teams because clearly your out sourced team are very inadequate in their services. In order for full transparency, I walked into the store looking for a 360 camera stand that was apparently available in this location, but in actuality was not. I unfortunately set up the security wickets with the $850 360 camera I purchased from London drugs. The front greater was a very kind and amazing employee who treated me with respect and kindness that brought me to the demagnification table and kindly helped me with removing the alarm tag after providing proof of purchase. It was only the after that, that the security guard decided he wanted to follow me around the whole entire store of Best Buy, basically already accusing me as a thief. Sadly this isn’t the only time I have been treated this way in your corporation. Due to this sad accusation nature I will never purchase a product from your corporation ever again and will consistently encourage people to also never purchase products from your corporation. I will leave you with this final note: DO BETTER!

    We recently purchased a new laptop with a protection plan, and at the time, my husband was offered $150 off on accessories. We later returned those accessories to buy different ones, which were actually more expensive than the original items. Initially, a staff member named Aditya did not honor the previously promised discount, which made the process a bit frustrating and turned a simple exchange into a hassle. However, after some back-and-forth, the discount was eventually applied. While we appreciate that it was resolved in the end, we hope for a smoother and more consistent customer experience in the future.

    I had really good customer service from Reza when I purchased my new laptop. I had done my research beforehand but I appreciated the information that Reza shared. Everything was very smooth until I came to pick up my new laptop and had to deal with a different employee who was unhelpful, inarticulate and clueless. Fortunately, Reza showed up and helped me out ! I guess the reviews are accurate - customer service is hit or miss at this location.

He didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and gave me a thorough explanation of the differences between the best options based on my preferences, and I can say he is an expert. I appreciate all his help; for sure, I will be back.
