I inquired and was given a short answer "they are stored in the cabinet" the customer service rep then asked what I was looking for and I said I didn't know because I wanted to see them. He then proceeded to help a customer who came in after me with a purchase. I walked out.

If you want a good dose of laughter, I highly recommend this place. They make you laugh and your stuff gets done in no time. Big thank you to all of them.
- JBJolie BobbittNov 24, 20251.0I work in customer service - 30+ years. Manpreet was a person working when I needed help regarding a phone camera cover. Instead, she found a discounted silicone case that was among other similar ones for $4.99 on the hanger. The hanger said “Iphone 15 pro max and the case was described on the packaging as “2024 pro max”. The other, similar silicone cases had similar descriptions. I took it up to the counter and Manpreet noticed that the price wasn’t updated in the system so she had another woman helping her (couldn’t get her name on tag - but she was the only other one there - and said that it was coming up as approx $30.00. Manpreet basically told me that is what I had to pay even though it was recognized the price should be lower. I said that wasn’t right, that it should be rung in as the price as displayed - even if its not in the system right. They both just stared at me blankly. This could have ben any person helping me - the difference is someone wanting to help and someone just wanting closing time to come. And the store was empty to boot. The person before me had inquired with them together at the till and that person didn’t leave happy either - unsure if they had the same lack of care to help as I did? Nopety nope never again- ordering off Amazon
