Something needs to be done about the actual abuse customers receive at this location. That said, thank goodness I didn’t visit this store in person, just spoke to “Nathan”, not sure that’s his real name. I needed to see if I could purchase online and have it delivered to this store. “Nathan” was very impatient, suspiciously reluctant & unwilling to explain or answer specific questions, which I am won’t to ask when spending a couple of grand. He was very averse to sharing his name, that is why I’m doubting it is correct. Refused to allow me to speak to his supervisor or manager. When asked a second time on the second call, he claimed that he was the only employee in the store. He actually hung up on me twice. Which I could understand if I had been rude or loud with him. I was not. He was exceptionally condescending, impatient, unhelpful and rude to me. That being said, everyone has a bad day once in a while. I would warn anyone to be careful patronizing this store If you don’t wish to incur an unpleasant & antagonistic experience. Kindness was not the rule of the day.
