- VVVlad6 days ago1.0This was surprisingly the worst experience I’ve had at Best Buy so far. I bought protective glass for my phone here, and the packaging claimed it was 6.9 inches. However, when I opened it, the glass was completely different and smaller. I also suspect it was previously opened, which I didn’t realize until I applied it to my phone. To make matters worse, the employee kept trying to sell me on a different store he knows, claiming he could refer me to where I could buy glass or phone case cheaper. Is this even allowed?
