  Extremely disappointed in Best Buy for reneging on their price promises. It’s a clear breach of trust. Individual consumers shouldn't have to fight this hard for basic fairness. We need public accountability to force a change in their practices. This has completely soured my view of the brand. #ConsumerRights #BestBuy

  The worst delivery experience! I ordered a laptop on January 29th for home delivery. It was supposed to arrive on January 30th. I work from home, so I'm always home and calmly awaited the delivery. Imagine my surprise when I opened the tracking and saw that the courier had supposedly arrived and I wasn't home. I was extremely outraged and immediately wrote to customer support and reported that no one had attempted to deliver anything to me. Customer support apologized and said that my delivery was scheduled again for the same evening. As you can guess, no one tried to deliver anything to me again and when I opened the tracking, I found that my parcel from Surrey, where I live, went to Langley🤦‍♀️!!!! Why not Alberta? The next day, my laptop was shipped back to Surrey, but not to me. It was sent to a godforsaken delivery service warehouse, located twice as far away from the store where I'd bought it (Surrey City Centre). They offered me to pick up my package from there. As I already said, I work from home, so traveling God knows where, searching for places I've never been, and lugging a box with a laptop in it wasn't even part of my plan when I ordered delivery. I was only able to pick up the laptop today, having wasted half a day on this event. In the end, for one and a half thousand dollars I got a headache for 5 days, a ruined mood, wasted time, nerves and money for travel to pick up the laptop. If a store can't arrange delivery, they shouldn't offer it!!! Under the circumstances, it would have been much closer and more convenient for me to pick up my purchase in-store than to trudge to a warehouse twice as far away, but I wasn't even given this option. The scale of logistical incompetence in this case is simply staggering! As a result, two delivery services participated to organize entertaining travel for my laptop around Langley and Surrey, and not only failed to deliver it, but also took it even further away. And someone is getting paid for it🤦‍♀️ I seriously considered abandoning the purchase altogether, but then I realized the laptop wasn't to blame for the idiocy perpetrated by the people selling it. So, after five days my long-suffering laptop is finally home. I do not recommend anyone to deal with delivery from this store!

  Customer service is terrible and they are not helpful. When you buy from them, they say one thing, but when there's a problem with the device and you go back, they change their minds and deny what they said. They don't care about people; their attitude is very, very bad, and the people working in customer service are not experienced.

  Went in to buy a new computer, was greeted at the door and directed where to go. Had staff walk past me on 5 different occasions. I waited 20 minutes and left. If you don't want my business then I'll take it somewhere else.
