  I visited the Best Buy store at Surrey Central Mall on November 19th(Wednesday ). I met Vishavjeet, a Best Buy associate, who provided me with an excellent deal and a great overall experience. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout. Because of his service, I purchased an iPad and other items. I really appreciate Vishavjeet’s customer service skills, knowledge, and behaviour. 10/10👍

  Amazing Customer Service from Akanksha at Best Buy! I visited Best Buy today to purchase a laptop, and I was really impressed with the help. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly so I could make the right choice. Thank you, Akanksha, for your excellent customer service and friendly attitude.

  I had a terrible experience with the Geek Squad at this location as I came in with questions and wanted assistance in how to get rid of the popups and viruses on my phone, so that I could do it myself! Instead they came up with excuses and and lies and forced things to be deleted on my phone, when they actually didn't need to be deleted! It caused me to raise my voice and seem hostile and because they didn't listen to my orders, I was almost kicked out of the store! It could've been prevented if they would've listened to me and not do what they thought was best! The customers needs come first before the employees, and the employees need their views and what they think is the problem, to take a backseat!

  when I arrived I was completely ignored. when I asked for help it took almost 10 mins for a staff to assist me. But once I had a staff member help me , he was so kind and professional. He helped me find my item on line due to the stores stock being out. He made sure everything was done right and made me feel cared for as a customer. I almost walked out without buying but this one dude Ramon steped up and made sure I got what I came for with confidence

  I visited the store a few days ago with my sister to buy Apple AirPods. There was a girl at the counter wearing glasses. I asked her a few questions about the AirPods — like whether they were the latest model — but she didn’t respond properly and seemed uninterested. Instead of helping us, she started chatting with her friend who also worked there. As a customer, I believe we deserve proper attention and respect. The company pays employees to assist customers, not to ignore them. It was a really disappointing experience.
