  Do not buy extra warranty coverage from these guys, they keep charging your credit card long after the warranty expires, and of course nobody answers the phones either this business. Poor customer service. Their extra warranty coverage is a total scam

  Bought an open-box smartwatch from Best Buy meant to ship fast. Two weeks and still nothing—tracking just says “in transit” through one province over and over. No real updates, no customer service worth a damn when I called. They hype open-box for deals, but the shipping’s a scam. Waste of time, charging full shipping on pre-used junk. Avoid if you need it quick. Spent hours online trying to find my delivery . Finally after two days of trying got hold of real human assistance. We ended up canceling the order to solve the issue

  I went to this store today to purchase a pair of Beats Headphones 🎧 as soon as I walked into the store the store manager Gautham started saying get out of my store this is private property. I said to him I did nothing wrong I just want to purchase a pair of headphones 🎧 he kept going on and on about me getting out of the store when I did nothing wrong including wasting the police 🚔 time too today. profiling someone with no proper measures disgusting behavior from a store manager like that.

  Horrible service. I came and bought a sd card that I wasn’t sure if it would work for my purposes. An employee told me if it didn’t work, I could return it after. Obviously to see if it will work I gotta open it, so I did that and it didn’t work. I came back and another employee tells me the return policy doesn’t apply to opened products. I let her know what the other employee said but she just repeated the return policy and wasn’t even moderately understanding. Super misleading behaviour from their employees and a horrible return policy. On top of that, half the time you come here there’s barely anyone around to help. The employees are consistently unresponsive and unreliable.

  Razia(team lead) and Loveleen helped me by providing a highly satisfactory solution. When i went to the store i was so frustrated with the level of service i recieved. Both of them handled the situation very calmly and gave their best to resolve my problem. Thanks to you both Razia and Loveleen.
