I was very disappointed with the customer service at the Best Buy on 120th Street and 80th Avenue. I visited regarding laptop insurance, and the staff behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. The sales supervisor, Mr. Jeevan, did not handle the situation well and lacked basic customer service skills. Communication was disrespectful and not supportive. On the same day, I visited Best Buy Langley, where the experience was completely different. The staff were polite and professional, and Mr. Amrit resolved my issue quickly and efficiently, which I truly appreciated. I remain a loyal Best Buy customer but hope the 120th Street location improves its customer service standards.

This Best Buy location is absolutely terrible. The staff is rude, careless, and completely untrained. Employees stand around doing nothing while customers are ignored. When someone finally helps you, they act like you’re a burden instead of a paying customer. No one takes responsibility, no one listens, and no one cares. The management here has clearly failed because this level of service doesn’t happen by accident. I wasted my time coming here and left frustrated with nothing resolved.

Best buy 12048 88 Ave, Surrey I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy location on Boxing Day. I waited in line for almost three hours in the phone department, hoping to find a good deal. Unfortunately, the staff did not handle customers fairly. It felt like they were prioritizing people they knew instead of helping everyone in line equally. When it was finally my turn, they spent less than a minute with us and only suggested very expensive phone plans. They didn’t make any effort to look for better or more affordable options. Because of this, I decided to visit another Best Buy near White Rock, and the difference was huge. The staff there were very professional, listened carefully to our needs, and helped us find a much better deal that was far cheaper than what was offered at the Surrey location. Based on my experience, I do not recommend visiting the Best Buy at 12048 88 Ave if you are looking for good customer service or genuine deals.

They placed a cardboard stand to close the line, but it did not say “Line Closed,” and they expected customers to somehow know. I stood in line for 15–20 minutes. Other employees at the back counter clearly saw me waiting, yet no one informed me that they were no longer taking customers. I was later told that the line had been closed 45 minutes earlier, at 6:45 pm. This lack of communication is disrespectful to customers. Staff should learn basic manners and communicate clearly, as this place is not owned by them personally. The girl who appeared to be the senior employee was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful.

I wish I could give them 0 star. The girls working there are just standing and making fool of others . We stood in line and a girl came and told us financing would be 12$ and she even wrote it on paper but when we reached at the counter she said financing will be 28 like seriously. Apart from this she said I might be mistaken and spelling error. Are you serious what are you doing here if you don’t know the spelling of financing and leasing . Go and sit at home. Worst experience. Please change your staff Best Buy. Hire some professionals.
