    Order for quick pick up. All my items available in store at the time but they have to ship it from another store and not a single person online or in person know what happened why it turned into a delivery. Not know when it will arrive. (Got proof showing paid for instore pick up)

    The worst customer service I received i wanted to change my 16 pro with 17 pro max and i went there at 7:10 pm and they told me we don’t have enough time we cant change your phone you can come tomorrow to change. When i went there again in morning they refused to change the phone. Those workers just don't want to work.

    I had one of the worst experiences ever at Best Buy today! I went there simply to buy gift card using my Best Buy gift card, and the customer service guy — his name was something like Karuf or Aruf — was unbelievably rude, arrogant, and full of attitude. He talked to me like I didn’t know anything, acted like he was doing me a favor by just standing there, and completely refused to help. Seriously, the way he spoke was insulting and disrespectful. It’s shocking that Best Buy hires people like him — arrogant employees who think they own the place instead of helping customers. There was no policy written anywhere saying I couldn’t use a Best Buy gift card to buy another one, but instead of explaining politely, he acted like I was bothering him. The tone, the attitude, the way he dismissed me — everything was just awful. It honestly ruined my day and made me question if I should ever shop at Best Buy again. People like Karuf or Aruf are exactly why customers lose trust in big stores. He seriously needs training on how to talk to people — or maybe a reminder that customers are the reason he even has a job. The only positive part of my visit was Seji, who was the complete opposite — respectful, kind, and professional. Seji actually knows how to treat customers right. Best Buy needs more employees like Seji and fewer arrogant ones like Karuf.
