The assistant assigned in the order pick up table was incompetent. She just handed us the phone after scanning the QR code for pick up without even verifying the identity of person who is picking it up. The assistant didn’t even bother to ask us if there is anything we need to know about the new iPhone 17 and any accessories we might need. The assistant just left us after handing to us the phone. I’m calling those assistants to be a “Useless assistant”, they just stand there pretending to know everything. It would be better if Apple stores in Guildford are manned by AI robots assistant. I’m sure they are far more willing to offer a good service as they are programmed to do it that way than those dinosaurs with small brains “Useless assistants”. I’ll never set foot on that store again.
