  This is the most shitty store you can ever go to they respect your time and they watch you like a hog like your there to steal something they ask me to wait 10 minutes after 35 minutes I ask him what happened he was rude saying you can wait or come back another time most disturbing part the person came to help me had no knowledge she did ran diagnose on the phone sweep the dust under the rug I was like I need to get job here cause they hire people with no knowledge and no satisfaction I won’t be using I phone for life !! Welcome to apple

  I purchased a Belkin screen protector here in January, which was installed by staff using their machine applicator. When it cracked, I went to the Vancouver Apple Store and bought a replacement for $62 CAD — only to be told by Vancouver staff that Belkin offers a 2-year warranty and I could have gotten a free replacement all along. The Surrey staff never mentioned this warranty at the time of purchase or installation. A simple heads-up would have saved me $62 and a wasted trip. I like Apple products and I appreciate the Vancouver team for being upfront. But customers deserve complete information at point of sale — especially when a warranty is included with the product being sold.

  Apple Guildford misled me at every step. They told me my phone was repaired when it wasn’t. Their technician said THREE times it was a “WIN‑WIN” because I’d get a free replacement. Then they blindsided me with a $144.48 charge. I also wasted hours because of their team’s wrong information. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. BE AWARE: Make sure you get everything in writing and keep records of every promise they make.

  Very disappointing experience at the Apple Store in Guildford Town Centre, Surrey. The support team was extremely rude and unhelpful. I visited regarding a back enclosure band issue on my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and even though I have AppleCare+, they asked me to pay $129 + tax. I want to be clear that I am okay with paying a service charge if the product is being replaced. However, charging this amount for a repair instead of providing a proper replacement is not acceptable, especially under AppleCare+. What’s worse is the lack of clarity and support — instead of properly addressing the issue or offering a smooth replacement process, they made the whole experience frustrating and stressful. This is not the level of service I expect from a premium brand like Apple. Highly dissatisfied with both the customer service and the way my issue was handled.

  I bought a new iPhone and chose to pick it up from the store. I chose Saturday morning because I was not sure about my schedule even though on the website it was showing that it’ll be ready in 1-2 hours. On Thursday afternoon I called at the store to ask if I can come on Friday evening instead of Thursday. They refused. So I went there on Saturday morning, picked up my phone and had a question about my old phone which I was supposed to send back to apple. The girl who gave me my phone told me wait at the front and she’ll send someone to help me because she doesn’t know anything about what I was asking. So you are working at a big company and have no knowledge about such basic information. Also there is not a single sign in the mall which can show you where this store is located. So I ended up walking 10 minutes up and down, finally found their guest services and asked them to help me.
