Really not helpful at all while trying to exchange an item we were told we would have no problem exchanging when it was purchased. Scammed. Edit: I went to the next closest store in langford and they had no problem exchanging it at all.

Not computor literate at all so many visits later I think I might be getting it. Everytime I’m in the vicinity of our local BestBye I think of the staff member who walked me very helpfully through my purchase, his name is John Bueno and he is a blessing to your operation!! He is knowledgeable, extremely patient well presented and courteous to the extreme! I have retired from over 50 years in retail and both my wife and I fully recognize true service not just “get the sale then goodbye”. I write this notice to you with the hope that someone from up the ladder personally contacts John to acknowledge his expertise and knowledge, he should be high on your list of”keepers”.
