Not computor literate at all so many visits later I think I might be getting it. Everytime I’m in the vicinity of our local BestBye I think of the staff member who walked me very helpfully through my purchase, his name is John Bueno and he is a blessing to your operation!! He is knowledgeable, extremely patient well presented and courteous to the extreme! I have retired from over 50 years in retail and both my wife and I fully recognize true service not just “get the sale then goodbye”. I write this notice to you with the hope that someone from up the ladder personally contacts John to acknowledge his expertise and knowledge, he should be high on your list of”keepers”. The service and knowledge they provided ended up with us switching our cell phone provider which we have been with for nearly twenty years and helping us get the best laptops for our needs. They were not aggressive with their sales pitch, just knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. Check them out before you head elsewhere. Thank you Aman, John, and RJ!!!
