Nikhil remembered us from the previous day and was more than accommodating with our requests. The phone I wanted was not in stock however he went above and beyond to find one that would work, even going into the back to search for other phones that hadn’t been received by shipping yet. He found one, received it into inventory and had me walking out with a brand new phone in minutes! I went back the next day and got my daughter some headphones with GC I got from the phone deal. We’ll be back again for sure!

The customer service was amazing, it exceeded any expectations, and blew my mind. I was with Telus and have been for years, I explained this to Prince(the employee who helped us) and he offered for me to switch over to bell, I said I'd think about it. We went to telus to see about getting my phone switched out for a new one and I was told that their trade in program is down at the moment and the best they could do for me is a $280 credit and I could get an older version of the phone I wanted. I'd previously had issues with telus. We went back up to the Best buy and an employee named Prince, who had previously helped my boyfriend, got me set up with a brand new phone (Samsung s25 ultra) helped me move my phone number over, set me up for the trade it in, set up my new phone, and gave us a $150 best buy gift card so we could buy some accessories for the phones. Prince then proceeded to help me transfer my back ups, and put our screen protectors on all at $0 cost. I will be recommending to everyone to go there and ask for this man. He was polite, a joy to speak with and explained everything very well. Thank you Prince for your amazing service.
