  Mercedes was the main service and she stayed another 1/2 hour then had to go home. Then Zac helped me that day and today. Very knowledgeable, professional and polite individuals. They definitely are very knowledgeable.

  Mercedes at Bell Express was beyond helpful. It’s my first time getting set up with a contract and she quite literally did everything she could to make it possible she went above and beyond with her professionalism. Highly recommend Mercedes at this Bell location. 10 out of 10 customer service and personality, definitely will be returning! There was also some miscommunication due to the fact that I had to make a deposit and the colleague she was on the phone with wasn’t fully on board with the plan but all in all it worked out in the end and I even got a gift card, which I used for a phone case and charging block for my new phone Super helpful and very kind people at this location!

  I recently dealt with Jenna at Salmon Arm,.The help and info I received from her wa beyond good.Jenna knows her electronics I.E.all products sold at best buy.I needed help with my phone and she was patient and explained things well to me.I totally I appreciate the service I received.THANK YOU JENNA

  Best Buy Express in Piccadilly Mall was outstanding! Kyle was knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Leigh went above and beyond to help us. Both were fantastic and provided some of the best customer service we've had in a long time. Thank you to the both of you.
