Was in today to replace an outdated cell phone. The manager Simon was there on his own (one staff on holidays and another phoned in sick). Simon handled my purchase very professionally and worked to get me the best deal (BCAA card got some big discounts through Bell). As he was the only rep in the store, he promptly acknowledged the other couple of customer waiting for service and skillfully multi-tasked serving them all as promptly as he could. Setting up a new phone takes some time so he had one task going with my phone while he helped others, all the while apologizing to me. I had no problem with it and was impressed with his knowledge and attention to everyone. Should mention I have dealt with Mercedes in the past and she was excellent as well.

I lost my phone and wanted help, bell experience by telephone was stressful, so I had no choice but to come into the Salmon Arm store for verification. So glad I did. Zac set me up with a new phone, new plan without stress at all! He was patient, knowledgeable and kind. I left happy, satisfied and renewed faith in customer service. Next day I needed more assistance (I am technology challenged) and Mercedes gave me the same knowledgeable, patient, kind help. Thank you thank you!

Had a problem with a product I recently purchased, they did nothing but try to complicate the warranty process, not sure why I paid extra warranty for but clearly not for fixing a faulty product . Do not recommend. Update: I ended up just going through the manufacturer no issues and definitely not what the people in the store described.
