Went to buy headphones, but not a single staff acknowledged for 30 min, we asked three staff members and all of them said they will send someone else to help, but no one came, we just wasted 30-40 min there, just for someone to open the lock of the cage and hand over the item. Ridiculous service.

I am a long-time and loyal Best Buy customer, and I have purchased all my major appliances from Best Buy. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst delivery and installation experience I have ever had.
I recently purchased a new washer and dryer for my tenants. Best Buy charged me a $74.99 installation fee, but the delivery team came twice and refused to complete the installation, both times with a rude and unprofessional attitude.
They claimed the laundry room was “too small” and even suggested that a smaller person would need to climb through the narrow space above the dryer and behind the machines to connect the hoses and vent and install the stacking kit. This issue was raised during the first delivery, yet it was still not resolved during the second visit.
They also incorrectly claimed that the stacked washer and dryer would be 82 inches tall and would not fit through the doorway. After the delivery team left, my 65-year-old father successfully installed and stabilized the dryer on top of the washer, and the actual stacked height measured approximately 77 inches, which fits perfectly.
Two tenants were present and witnessed the entire installation process. This clearly proves that the installation was possible, and the refusal was due to poor judgment, not physical limitations.
Despite charging an installation fee, no installation service was provided, and I was forced to resolve the issue myself. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially since I specifically buy new appliances to avoid problems for my tenants.
The delivery team was rude, unprofessional, and inaccurate in their assessment. This experience is unacceptable and completely below the standard I expect from Best Buy.
I will be requesting a refund of the installation fee and cannot recommend Best Buy’s delivery and installation service to anyone. Also, I will report the case to BBB. This is ridiculous.

I was at this store around 11:00 AM Thursday Dec 11, 2025 and the service was terrible. I was looking for a couple of computer accessories and I had to search for some time to find anyone who could help me. There was hardly anyone shopping, yet the staff ignored me until I finally flagged one down.
After finding the items I wanted, I went to the checkout. There was only one cashier and she was tied up with a customer who had a very involved transaction that consumed a long time. Though the cashier acknowledged me, she was already in the middle of a transaction, which continued to drag on. While I waited, several employees wandered around nearby, but none offered to assist. While the prior customer went on, another employee brought her customer to a register and proceeded to check him out. The rest of the employees continued to ignore me.
Finally, I had had enough, left the items I had intended to purchase, and walked out. They're cheaper on Amazon, anyways.
