One of the worst experiences of my life and it was my first time genuinely feeling bad for an employee. I was at the best buy store during their VIP sales and the lovely customer service rep named Ramona was helping me, she was running around helping 5 customers at the same time while both of her managers were chit chatting at the front. I was returning a apple macbook and I guess she needed her manager to approve of the return and she called her manager over 3 times on their radio and her manager was just at the front of the store laughing with other customers. This sweet employee had to physically grab her manager and bring her to the desk. I have no idea how these 2 mangers haven’t gotten fired yet , I saw the stress and the burn out on Ramona’s face , on top of everything she was dealing with her managers were standing behind the customer service desk next to her watching her help all these customers without giving any support. Please give Ramona a raise and fire those 2 useless managers!!

I was at Best Buy, and there was a tight lineup, but Deepanshu from the Mobile Financing department handled everything calmly and efficiently. He was constantly checking on everyone and managing things even under pressure. Even though his shift had officially ended, he stayed late to help me with my phone financing. His dedication, hard work, and passion are truly commendable. He deserves recognition and, in my opinion, a raise for his exceptional service.

They have competent sales people. Good selection of electronics, particularly laptops, mobile phones, TV's, printers, smart watches, etc. at reasonable prices.

I purchased a Google pixel 9 telephone in early May at the Best Buy store in the Uptown mall. It began malfunctioning within a couple of months , but it took me until September 20th to bring it to the store for repairs. A month and a half has gone by. They expect me to stick with the loaner phone which is worse than my own phone was! This is not customer service, this is customer abuse. Perhaps someone who works in this business might find it in themselves to call me to offer me a solution that is not yet another crap phone. I actually suspect that the entire Google pixle 9 line has problems with tracking , which is why the loaner phone was worse than my own phone. Half the time I cannot even make a payment because the page simply will not scroll to where I would be able to pay!!! I have had smartphones since they had smartphones, but never a worse telephone than this one, it is absolutely crap. If I could give 10 minus stars, I would. It is the worst purchase of my entire life. Needless to say, this was the last purchase I will ever make at Best Buy -+ given that there is zero customer service. I expect a manager from that Best Buy store to call me, and solve this problem that remains unsolved. After having made countless calls to Best Buy, I am at the end of my tether and more than furious!!! By the way, nobody ever gets in touch with you directly to sort out an issue here. Shame on best buy. Worst business possible. I will never ever ever ever shop here again. And they disappear reviews as fast as they can if they are negative, and I find this incredibly unethical

Bought a SWFT brand e-bike 5 months ago at Best Buy. Worked well until the left pedal crank arm fell off the shaft after 3 weeks of use and has been loose ever since. The bike is not safe to ride and needs a new crank arm along with securing screw. I contacted the manufacturer (SWFT) and they sent the wrong parts on 2 occasions despite clear pictures and description of the problem. They have not responded to any subsequent emails requesting the part and it has been 5 months without being able to ride the bike. Further research on the SWFT brand reveals many complaints of poor customer service that include ignoring emails, not supplying parts covered by warranty and neglect of customer's concerns. I contacted Best Buy online customer service and they recommended I return the bike to my local Best Buy where I bought the bike. I went back to the local store and told them the story and they said they could not help me and that I should contact the manufacturer. What a frustrating experience. I am surprised Best Buy continues to sell these bikes ignoring the companies history of poor customer service and they will not advocate on your behalf. Having spoken to many e-bike owners, they have confirmed many e-bike companies have poor service and poor product quality . They strongly recommend anyone considering purchasing these bikes buy them from a reputable name with a good network of distributors and a reputation for good service. SWFT is a disappointment and Best Buy has no interest in helping you out once the bike is out the door. I would suggest you look to local shops for your bike needs as you will save time and grief when you need some help down the road. Avoid all SWFT products and beware buying the cheapest bike.
