  I had a very disappointing experience at the Best Buy Eric Richmond No. 3 location. In the computer monitor section, the employee assisting us (a young male staff member working in that department at the time) displayed a noticeably cold and dismissive attitude. He responded with impatence and appeared visibly annoyed, as though basic inquiries were an inconvenience. The interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I have visited the downtown Robson location many times and have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism. The contrast in service quality was striking. Customer service especially when assisting seniors who may require additional clarification should be respectful and patient. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during this visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces expectations around professionalism and customer care.

  After the poor experience at another camera store in Landsdowne location, the difference at Best Buy was very obvious. The staff were polite, friendly, and the whole purchase process was smooth and easy. Because of that , we decided to buy our camera here. A very pleasant and stress free experience. Highly recommended.

  There's a reason the reviews on this place are so incredibly high, they seriously need to let go of some staff. I was sworn at, assaulted, and reprimanded for putting an item in a shopping bag. I understand thefts are at an all-time high but that is no way to treat a customer. It is rude and blatant disrespect. The short around 5'3 asian guy needs to go, HORRIBLE experience here would never come here again.

  I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the Best Buy Mobile Department for their incredible dedication during Black Friday. The store was extremely busy, with long lines of customers waiting, yet every staff member remained patient, professional, and genuinely kind. Although I unfortunately forgot the name of the young gentleman who helped me, I am truly grateful for his assistance and for the whole team’s hard work. What truly impressed me was their strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Even when stepping away briefly, they returned quickly so customers would not have to wait longer than necessary. Their efficiency and positive attitude made a very busy shopping day feel organized and well managed — something that is not always easy to find. Even near closing time, they continued assisting customers with the same level of care and professionalism. They thanked everyone for their patience, carefully addressed each person’s needs, and kindly wished customers good night at the door. Knowing they do not work on commission makes their dedication even more admirable. Their professionalism, courtesy, and work ethic left a lasting impression on me. Thank you to the entire team — your effort truly made a difference.

  Please don’t buy any electronics devices from this store 😡😡😡 Very rude customer service and also for the return they have lots of issues. They sell refurbished products as a new product. I bought laptop and Samsung phone bought have the problems. It’s malfunctioning and battery draining 100%-0% within 1-2 hours even without using those devices. They did not return the set up costs. Avoid avoid avoid this store. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
