I went into the store today to buy this watch. Online it said it was in stock (1 left) and i asked for help from this dude that was on his phone in the TV section. He looked at the shelf just below the display and said "sorry, this is all we have, usually the system is just delayed in counting inventory" and I said aightttt. But then I got kind of salty, like brother could've just at least made a fake attempt to look at the back for stock. I went on the online store to attempt an online pickup and I immediately got a text notification for pickup within like 3 minutes. The guys at the pickup section were super chill though and helped me out quickly, I appreciate the help ✅.

Tried to trade in something 45min before closing, but they said I needed to come by at least 1 hr before closing to do it. If you're going to have a policy like that, it should be indicated, so people don't waste time going to the store.

There's been ongoing issues at this Best Buy location with wrong price tags and misplaced products, which makes shopping confusing and frustrating. Several items were either sitting under incorrect price labels or placed in the wrong sections altogether, making it unclear what the actual price was. This creates unnecessary problems for customers at checkout when the price rings up higher than what was shown on the shelf. Customers shouldn’t have to argue or double-check pricing because products aren’t stocked or labeled correctly. Accurate pricing and proper product placement are basic expectations for any retail store. Unfortunately, this location seems to struggle with both, and it takes away from what should be a straightforward shopping experience.

I’ve noticed a serious issue at this Best Buy location that needs to be addressed. There are empty product boxes left on the shelves, clearly missing the actual items and likely stolen by other customers. The fact that the empty packaging is still displayed is concerning and misleading. Leaving empty boxes on the shelf could easily trick a customer into purchasing a product that isn’t actually there, wasting their time and creating unnecessary frustration at checkout. It also reflects poorly on store management and inventory control. A major retailer like Best Buy should be doing regular shelf checks to remove empty or tampered packaging immediately. Allowing this to continue creates a bad shopping experience and raises concerns about security and customer care.

I had a very disappointing experience trying to return an item at Best Buy. I went in to return a smart garden that was a gift from my daughter. The item was completely unopened, still taped, and well within the extended holiday return window, which clearly states returns are accepted until January 11, 2026. The customer service was horrible. The employee handling my return his name was Sakada or something similar, he was rude and unhelpful. He insisted the item had been opened, which was completely untrue. For no valid reason, he opened the product right in front of me dismissing anymore claims of it being unopened. And then told me I could only receive a refund in the form of a gift card. This made no sense, especially since I had the original receipt, the original payment card, and this was not a gift receipt return. I checked Best Buy’s return policy online, and nowhere does it state that an opened item (which this was not) can only be refunded as a gift card, nor was I ever informed of such a policy at the time of purchase. I felt like policies were being made up on the spot instead of followed. This experience was frustrating and disrespectful. As a long-time customer, I expected much better. I left feeling unheard and unfairly treated. Best Buy seriously needs to improve employee training and consistency with their return policies.
