Erica demonstrated outstanding service today, with her kind and attentive vibes; it was my first time at this location and she allowed me to feel welcome and taken care of right off the bat. Making a big purchase is difficult to navigate when one has their own challenges to overcome and she was very accommodating regarding my personal needs. This is excellent service, it must be pointed out, and it only made the experience better when she humanized me as usually I am rushed out of the store. She even took the time to write up for me the warranty conditions regarding the purchase of the WF-1000XM5 Sony wireless earbuds. It was worth the buy, and I had a wonderful chat with this young lady. One can only imagine the surprise I felt when I found out she was a new recruit! She radiated confidence from the moment I asked for her help with this product and I had originally assumed she'd been working at Best Buy for years. Made my day and wanted to share my experience!

Went in to buy a game console and brought the empty box from the back of the store to the cash registers by the main door. After a minute the cashier informed me that I had to go to the other cash registers at the rear of the store because that's where the consoles are. No attempt to get the console themselves as would usually happen with people with training or some semblance of customer service. Ridiculous.

My worst shopping experience! I went into this Best Buy store last Saturday, Nov 1st, just for a browse, and we later realized that there is a product raised our interests and would like to check and see if there's stock at the back as the one we loved was unavailable on the shelves, so I asked the lady who were standing by the entrance welcoming customers to call a staff to help me. I heard her trying to call someone and she told me to wait awhile, somebody is on the way coming to assist me. I stood there for about 5 mins and asked her again, she said no one is answering her, then I said thanks to her and try to leave the store and exit from the other entrance to enter the mall. On my way out, my son saw couple of staffs were standing around chatting with each other, and he told me to ask those staffs for help. I asked one of the staffs, who were actually chatting with another staff, and see if he could help me checking with the stock, he assisted me but there's nothing left at the back. He offered me to order the product online and I placed order on the spot with his help. THE WORST PART IS COMING! After the payment is done, he told me to follow him back to where the item was originally placed, and told me how I should do in the near future by taking a photo of the code on the shelf tag if I would like to check with the stock. WOW! I thought they were hired and get paid to assist customers but they were actually hired to guide me on how to check everything myself in store so they can stand in the store without assisting customers, and just chatting with their friends who also working in the store. I don't think Best Buy have to hire that many staffs anymore since online shopping is more convenient and customer service in store is no longer needed! It is important to train your staffs properly with proper customer service. The receipt is attached and I believe that's the name of the staff who were serving me.

I recently bought a laptop at this store. I'm a Boomer, that's important to know. The customer service was great but one particular young man, Ojasvi Sarolia, stood out! He was beyond patient, beyond kind and clearly knew his stuff. I am intimidated by all things tech and Ojasvi made it simpler for me by showing me how to do it, allowing me to practice it in front of him (more than once:) and never made me feel like I was getting on his last nerve. Thanks for everything Ojasvi.

I’m honestly shocked at how badly I was treated by a saleswoman named Michelle in the cell department at Best Buy. She was rude, loud, and had absolutely no respect for customers. She talked down to me and my friend, practically shouting like we did something wrong just for asking questions. This is not how customers should be treated — it was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’m seriously disappointed and hope this gets looked into immediately.
