  Using Apple’s own support app about iPhone battery issue support said I can get a complimentary battery replacement and provided me a booking link. When I arrived at the store I was told battery health must be 79% or lower to qualify for the replacement so why does ur app tell me I can get a replacement at 80% and provided me with a booking link?! Total waste of time going to the store they said they can’t do anything.

  I picked up my iPhone 17 Pro from Metrotown in late December, but after 2.5 weeks it began draining battery fast and overheating, even idle. The Richmond Centre team, shoutout to Porson, Cory, and Chris, went above and beyond across three visits and four Apple Care calls to resolve it smoothly. They guided me through a full restore (downgrading from beta iOS) and multiple setups, despite a corrupt backup costing me some Dec/Jan photos/videos and hours of time. Armed with screenshots of the rapid drain, I got a brand new replacement on visit #3, and it's been flawless ever since. Couldn't ask for better support! Highly recommend.
