- HMHaylee Jane Monteiro2 days ago5.0I came here to pick up an order I placed online for a charger because my laptop didn't seem to be charging with my current one. They actually let me use their chargers there to try to get my laptop running again and even squeeze me in to see a technician 30 minutes before they closed in spite of there being a wait. All the three people I spoke to during my time there were genuinely nice people and actually cared about their customers. So so helpful and kept checking up on me and making sure I was being helped and doing okay.
- FAFar AmApr 24, 20261.0I do not understand the logic of sets up there for repairs, even though I explain from my first visit which my phone needs new battery, they book me for another day, next visit was to figure out, which they do not have the battery and need to be ordered in, the third appointment after 20 minutes waiting is to inform me they may break the screen and need to order that too, so you either go for another appointment or really do the risk of not to having your phone for a while. all people was very polite, but lack of seeing big picture and handle things smoother. They offer group instructions, so cute seeing the older crowd having a place to go learn. They are fast and efficient. Good representation of a professional business!
- FWFeng WangMar 25, 20261.0Very disappointed with the service at this store. My Apple Watch had a small scratch after one week, and nothing was done. After five months, the back coating started peeling, and again no solution was provided. The technician even scratched it further with his fingernail, making it worse. This is unacceptable customer service and a very poor experience.
