    Agent Sam was incredible and made our experience perfect, we brought in a slug of a laptop and she worked with us and helped us for so long. She was patient and funny and made the wait so fun!

    *Update: I ended up getting through on my fourth attempt by selecting the wrong option and the having them transfer me to the correct department. I provided my order number and was told I could return the speakers to the store. When I arrived at the store I was told these speakers were bought via "Best Buy Marketplace" who's products show up on the Best Buy website and are invoiced along with all of their other products but are technically sold through a third-party and cannot be returned in store. The original cashier tried to give me the same customer support number that I had called before coming into the store and took quite a bit of pressure to get a manager involved. Although the manager was unable to get anywhere, he did try calling the Marketplace line but said they weren't answering. It seemed like everyone who was at the store was having struggles with their returns, almost no one was there to make a purchase, and the manager was being pulled in many directions. It seems like a system that is designed to be so difficult you give up so Best Buy gets to keep your money.* Speakers I ordered arrived blown. I'm just trying to get information on their return/exchange process before I disassemble everything. There is no direct phone number to the Prince George store and the AI system hangs up on me each time it says it's transferring me to a customer support agent.

    I pay for geek squad. Went there the first time around to fix my laptop and they said that it is too old to fix and they dont make the parts anymore. Went to a local guy and he said yeah they do make the parts still and he can fix it but by that time I already bought a new pc... second time Went there to get my laptop fixed the lady put the cord in and said the battery is swollen and its broken and unable to be fixed... Went back to the local guy and he said no its your cord as my dumbass brought the wrong one plugged it in and it was fine battery was not swollen... go local.

    Korey helped us with everything we needed from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional! He walked through the store with us, took the time to look into all the different products we were interested in, and made sure we had accurate, detailed information on all the specs before we made our decisions! He gladly answered every one of our questions. We never felt rushed, he genuinely made sure we were confident and happy with our purchase. Every time we come in, Korey remembers us and is always welcoming and helpful. His consistency, knowledge, and kindness really stand out. Customer service like this is rare, and he truly deserves recognition!
