Useless money grab because they can’t even work effectively and efficiently enough to get your product received and ready for pick up same day it’s been dropped off from their “top secret repair facility” absolute garbage customer service here in Prince George British Columbia. The little Indian boy had attitude. Tried to say he was management when he wasn’t. 0/10 would really like to stop paying for geek squad now.

You are best to prepare before going there by finding the item and confirming it's in stock on their website before heading. In. That way you can show them that it is in fact in stock and then they will go into the back and finally find it for you. Other than that, the staff was friendly and quick at checkout.
