I'd like to thank Aidan for his exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked into the store, he was kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. I wasn’t sure which backpack would be the best fit for my laptop, but he took the time to listen to my needs and guided me to the perfect choice. His assistance made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I left the store feeling well taken care of and truly appreciate his professionalism.

The initial estimate for repairing a Macbook Air with a clearly broken screen, given in-store, was significantly lower, about 50% less, than the final price quoted over the phone after Geek Squad technicians assessed it. The initial quote was $300-$400, while the final cost was $600 before tax. I wasn't given a tracking code or receipt when I dropped off the device. The next day, after a half-hour search, the store confirmed they had my device but said no receipt or tracking number was provided. How can I prove I gave them my device without documentation? The good part was that they repaired the device and I could get it after 25 minutes of waiting in front of the Geek Squad counter without staff acknowledging me!

I'm not sure what happened to Best Buy. It used to be a great place to go and get help. My 85 year old mom had her 3 year old laptop she bought from Best Buy die. Fine. She just went and bought a new one again from Best Buy. This is where things go wrong. After getting all the data transferred from her old computer to the new one, she went home and we discovered that nothing was transferred properly and all the info was put in the 'downloads' in pdf form. She has to AGAIN take the computer back. Not only did they not apologized but were quite rude when she pointed this out. After transferring the info properly, she left and when she got home she realized that they did not give back one of her cables. AGAIN she had to go back . When she showed, they denied (without even lookin), having her cable and said she must have it in her car or lost it. After searching her car and her office, she AGAIN had to go back and what do you know? They had the cable the whole time and just didn't bother looking for it the first time. They just shood an 85 year old woman away. Never apologizing. Never saying sorry. I always recommended Best Buy to people but I will never recommend Best Buy again. I am beyond livid regarding the incredible lack of respect for an 85 year old woman.

Jacob provided great customer service and was super friendly and professional throughout the process. He greeted me and immediately started helping. He set me up with an upgraded phone with a good deal. When I had further questions he took the time to clarify and resolve any confusion. Picked out the wrong phone case but that was an easy exchange.

You know whats nuts? Going into any Best Buy when its completely dead inside to spend upwards of $5k on a gaming pc and all the staff scatter away like cockroaches being discovered under something or Gollum running back into the cave because the sunlight touched his skin for the first time in 10 years. Massive props to the chicky in the Geek Squads area for even making the sale happen. Super helpful and great advice on prebuilt set ups. Management should be embarrassed at this location when their blues go hide because they literally know nothing about anything electronic other then knowing how to watch and post TikToks.
