I came in to buy a phone holder that was listed at $29.99. I couldn’t find it on the floor, so I went to the mobile department where three staff members were standing around talking. I waited about 20 seconds and no one acknowledged me. I finally had to interrupt and say I had a question. I showed them my phone with the product listing that said there were five units in stock. One staff member just pointed and said, “It’s over there.” I asked where, and she vaguely said, “Behind that stand.” I went to look and couldn’t find anything. The only similar item was marked $89.99. I went back and had to interrupt them again to say I still couldn’t find it. One staff member eventually walked over, pointed to the bottom of the display, and said, “It’s one of those.” I picked one and went to checkout. The cashier rang it up at $109. I said that couldn’t be right and showed her the product again. She then went to find it herself, came back with a different one, and completed the sale. Honestly, I’m not sure why I even went through with the purchase at that point. This kind of experience is exactly why so many retail stores are struggling. Poor service, no engagement, and zero clarity. I’ll be returning the item and ordering it on Amazon for less, without the hassle.

I had a really positive experience with Shyla at Best Buy Langley while upgrading my phone. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Shyla took the time to walk me through all my options and answered my questions clearly, without rushing me. She made sure I understood everything and helped me choose what worked best for my needs. What stood out most was her attention to detail and how she made sure everything was set up properly before I left. I really appreciated her professionalism and helpful attitude. Overall, great service — I’d definitely recommend asking for Shyla if you need help with a phone upgrade!

Worst worst installation experience! The techs prolly are not from this branch but I purchased appliances from this branch Lack of Proper Equipment: The technicians arrived without basic tools. I had to provide my own wrench, screwdriver, and vice grips for them to even attempt the installation. Condition of Appliances: Upon unboxing, the washer was visibly scratched, and the dryer was heavily layered in dust. Safety Hazard & Negligence: After installation, hot air was blowing out from the joint screw side of the vent. When I pointed this out as a potential fire hazard, the technicians refused to fix it and instead suggested that I "buy my own duct tape" to seal the leak. Property Damage & Debris: During the installation, the technicians cracked a floor tile at the site. They also left garbage behind rather than clearing the workspace. Refusal of Service: Because I refused to sign off on an incomplete and hazardous installation, the technicians told us that they will remove the installed appliances without an apology or any plan for correction.

Giving Best Buy one star is very shocking for me because I always buy my tech from Best Buy but the reason is because they scammed $1800 from me also the guy at geek tech spot I showed him my PC. He said it could not be repaired and it was beyond repair then I come back a week later to buy a monitor and then I see that same PC that they said it couldn’t be fixed on sale for double the price. This is a picture of the PC I owned. You’re gonna see the exact same one in the PC section in Best Buy never ever buying from here again shame on you best buy

Worst online shipping experience I've ever had in my life. I tried to purchase an oura ring. They shipped me the wrong product. Mistakes happen this was not really the issue. It took 7 days for Best Buy to even acknowledge their mistake and send me a return label. I had to phone in, use web chat, and use email to get a response. Amazon, Sephora, etc, all sends return labels in their boxes. I operate my own business and would (and do) process this error in 1 day. Best Buy now wants an additional 20 days to "investigate, process and potentially" issue me a refund. So now this company has my money, my ring and I'm waiting indefinitely for an incompetent team to possibly do something about it. Supervisor said they would call me back and never did. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was sighing like it was a massive burden to correct their error.
