  This store and the employees are absolutely amazing! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! The best place to go in Kelowna! Sunil is fantastic! Extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly! He can solve all your issues!!! Just a wonderful young man!!!! Sebastian the store manager is wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful!   Mike at The Best Buy Express in Orchard park mall helped me out when I needed to get my phone replaced. Turns out I was paying a lot more with my previous service provider so Mike helped me not only get a new phone but also saved me a lot of money. He was friendly, helpful, and professional.
