  Good Day !! This evening I had a great experience with Mike !! He let me buy a phone with 10 minutes before closing. He stayed late and got it done. It was an emergency and I desperately need my cell for worn. He deserves a raise, he went above and beyond my expectations. Cheers !!

  Sebastian H is a rock star. I lost a receipt that I needed for my taxes. Although him and his partner didn't believe that they could find it, they looked, and looked, and looked. Sebastian found it. Customer service was wonderful and always has been at this little store. They are honest and helpful. You guys are awesome.

  I had trouble with my email. It was gone. In a few minutes they had it fixed. Just the best guys that helped, with a kind attitude, at no cost. Highly recommend this store!

  I want to give special recognition to Sam for providing one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Best Buy. From the beginning, Sam was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process very easy and comfortable for me. What really stood out was his dedication to helping customers. Sam went above and beyond to make sure I found the right product and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and never made me feel rushed. Instead, he made sure I felt confident with my decision. Employees like Sam truly make a difference in the customer experience. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help deserve recognition. Best Buy is very lucky to have someone like him on the team.😊😊
