  I went coz I need a help regarding on the replacement phone that they provode as my phone need to be fix I went to geek squad and they send me to electronics service which they said can help me to transfer my esim to a replacement they provide and it takes time for us there, because of then asking something or change my provider that I dont need my purpose is to transfer my esim thats all. Atthe end they failed to help me. Wasting of time!

  My wife and I had plans to upgrade our iphones. We had been to 5 other stores locally in the Kootenays, but nothing was in stock, plans didn't suit us or the sales people lacked luster. This was until we met Ady during a shopping side quest from a dental appt. This young man has a bright future and Best Buy would be wise to be a part of it. We explained what we were looking for and looked at already. Sales are made when you satisfy people's human nature on two levels. Empower them with knowledge so when you provide options, they feel they arrived at that decision with autonomy. Ady understood this assignment. Wishing you all the best in the future Ady. Move this kid up before he get's his computer science degree and gets poached.

  We had a great experience at Best Buy Kelowna today thanks to Harpreet. He helped us choose a TV in a timely and efficient manner, clearly explaining the pros and cons of similar models so we could make an informed decision. We also ended up purchasing a soundbar based on his recommendation, and we’re extremely happy with it. Thank you to your team and we will see you again.

  Too much stock preventing good placement of sale priced and popular buys. Don't display what is not going to move like sale and promotion items. Leave the stock in the back. Make it look like things are wanted! And in demand. Make them think if they don't get it now, it may be too late and a better device comes alive, can't afford the new one, second best, is still the best.

  Beware!!! Purchased a computer online from Best Buy direct. Item was never shipped. Customer Service told me to wait for the the order to ship, multiple times. I did as request requested. The product never came and Best Buy refuses to refund my money because it’s now over 90 days. I am very disheartened as I’ve done a lot of business through Best Buy.
