    I went to Best Buy, and the customer service was extremely rude. I was speaking with someone named Kapish who was helping me, and in the middle of our conversation, one of his colleagues — I don’t know their name — told him not to talk to me. It was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional.

    I read a few not so complimentary reviews on this site. I have never had a bad or awkward experience at Best Buy in Kamloops. In fact I rate them 5 Stars Plus. That has been my experience the last 4 times I have visited there. There was always a staff member to make sure I was being taken care of and when I did need help the personnel that assisted me went out of their way to make sure I understood what I was getting and made sure I received the best price available at that time. And 1 week later when their prices dropped on the items I had purchased they refunded the difference to me, without batting an eye. Both Faisal and Zahin worked with me at different times and I am extremely pleased with my purchases, but more importantly I am thrilled by how well I was treated. I highly recommend Best Buy in Kamloops.

    I loved this store back in the day , but unfortunately this place has gone down hill big time . Since they have renovated I went into the store to buy multiple TVs and sound bars . After not seeing much on display I tried to find someone to help me, turns out there is nobody working there that could help. Next to impossible to find anyone capable of helping at all. I was not the only customer in this situation. Most people walking in and quickly walking out very disappointed. I thought it was a one off that day so I tried multiple other days with the same result. I ended up buying everything elsewhere. Also I don't know who approved the renovation layout 🤦🏼 what a disaster, haha, the tills are at the back of the store.

    Leaving a review for best buy online customer service. I bought a pair of Jabra earbuds in store. They stopped working 1.5 years in. I contacted best buy and they wouldn't help with a replacement, stating no warranty. I contacted Jabra directly, and they said, yes, there is a 2 year warranty on dust/sweat etc., and sent me a replacement. Thankfully Jabra has decent customer service because best buy doesn't

We were looking for a laptop gift, and he patiently guided us through the available options, explaining the products, deals, and promotions in detail.
