The information provided during the initial discussion was not clearly explained, and once the deal was finalized, the details suddenly changed. At the time of purchase, I was assured that both gift cards and accessories were included as part of the promotion for buying a new phone and plan. However, after completing the transaction, I was informed that only a gift card would be provided and that the accessories were supposed to be purchased using that gift card. This is completely different from what was initially promised. Such misleading communication creates a poor customer experience and raises serious concerns about transparency. I strongly urge other customers to ensure that every detail—especially promotions, included items, and pricing—is provided in writing before making any payment or switching services. This type of sales practice is unacceptable, and I hope management takes the necessary steps to address it. Sales person name is Sanjay.
