- CRChallamar Rayne5 days ago5.0I am a pensioner who was ROYALLY taken care of by Jacob Dean of their Geek Squad today! So knowledgeable, helpful and kind even tho' I did not have a lot of funds! I could not be happier as he helped me with something I was struggling with - removing pics off my plugged up phone! As i waited for the transfer to take place I perused the store. I will definitely check out Best Buy when I get my next flat screen! Why? Loyalty! Jacob helped me! So I will come back and shop! Challamar

- RBrudy de BestMar 14, 20261.0Went in to buy a keyboard 2 weeks ago for android tablet and an associate informed me that the store did not carry them only microsoft and apple. Did some mor research and went back tody and selected a logitec keyboard. There were more associates in the store than customers. The were several employees in smal clusters talking between them self. Some of them looked my way and ignored or turned their backs toward me. Went to pay for my selection and asked if the mouse i selected was bluetooth compatable It was not, an associate was directed to help me. She was rude and condecending. Now back to the cash registers no more than 3 customers in the store and at least 5 associates. Waited at least 3 minutes before someone decided I had waited long enough. I work in another large retailer and if our associates behaved like this they would receive at least a letter or perhaps dismissal. I wil never return to this store. I have spend thousand a Best Buy. Never again.

I gave up and left the store with no help from anyone at all.
