    Absolutely horrible customer service. My item was lost in the mail and I reached out 5 times to try and solve the issue, however it was never resolved. An absolute joke to deal with.

    Big shout-out to Lucas (Certified Tech), who demonstrates what a top-notch standard customer service is (he definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to professionalism plus efficiency saving customers' time). Was quite under impression of; 1. The way he explained how the system works and how to save my time with the minimum efforts for the best results 2. the tech knowledge of electronics devices on how the system operates. (As an aircraft avionics technician, I just briefly explained what the problem is on my devices, he instantly catches how to deal with the situation.) Hope his exceptional as well as professional customer services must be properly recognized by his supervisor or manager. Thank you Lucas, you saved my day and provided me the best customer service experience at Best Buy.

    My husband and I are writing this review to warn others about the shocking and deeply unsettling experience we had at the Best Buy in Courtney with an advisor named Jasper. This went beyond poor customer service into outright harassment. The problems began at the end of August when I purchased a new computer, in Alberta It is now September 10, 2025, and I still have not received my order. After weeks of excuses and no resolution, we decided to try a different approach. We visited the store and purchased a different, in-stock computer online, hoping to finally resolve the issue. We dealt with an advisor named Jasper and explained the entire frustrating situation, asking if he could at least assist us with setting up the new computer and transferring our data. He flatly refused to help with any data migration, citing the unresolved first order as the reason. We felt dismissed and frustrated but decided to leave with the new computer. The most alarming part of our experience occurred as we were walking to our car. Jasper had apparently left the store and gotten into his own vehicle. As he drove past us, he rolled down his window and yelled at us from his car. He shouted mocking and unprofessional comments about us intending solely to humiliate us further. This act of aggression from the safety of his car was cowardly and frightening, cementing the feeling that we were being targeted. To summarize: Best Buy failed to deliver our original order for over a month. Advisor Jasper refused to provide service on a new, fully-paid purchase due to the company's own failure. Then, he escalated his harassment by following us outside and yelling at us from his car as he drove away. This conduct is utterly unacceptable and unprofessional. We have never felt so disrespected and intimidated as customers. We will be taking our business elsewhere and will not return to this location. We strongly advise against shopping here. The poor service is compounded by a complete lack of respect for customer safety and dignity.

    I’ve been to many Best Buy locations before, but this is the first time I’ve felt like I’ll never go back. I had an employee help me who made me feel extremely uncomfortable—she was obnoxious and rude. The customer service overall was terrible, though a few staff members were nice. I won’t be shopping at this Best Buy again.

    No reason to buy in person any longer, purchased high end head set with 2 year warranty 18 months ago, they said only warranty option was direct to manufacture, disappointed but fair it's been well over a year, decided foolishly to purchase another set while I dealt with warranty on the original product, on June 22, new set have mic issues on August 11, they still refuse to do anything in store on the new set as it's over 30 days. Why would one shop with a local retailer when you can go direct to manufacture for the purchase to start with. I explained this to the manager he had no clue.
