    I got a phone number and activated a phone last Friday. I had really excellent experience. Khash was incredibly patient and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure we understood all the details, and made the whole process easy. Thank you, Khash, for making the experience so smooth and pleasant!

    Wouldn’t buy here again. I spend tens, to hundreds of thousands a year here but they randomly change the return policies in order to take advantage of you. Anywhere else is better.

    All is well and the new layout looks great. I just miss the times when staff would know product information versus using Google while directly infront on the customer.. I mean, the customer could do that too but....

    I have never been satisfied here and today was the last straw. Customer service is non-existent. No employees on the floor, and I was intending to spend over a thousand bucks on a tv… I went to a girl at the checkout and before I even got to her she told me she would help me after she was done… I asked her I didn’t need her help, that I needed someone to help me with a tv. She said she would see if she could find someone when she was done. I asked her when that might be and she said, ‘I just got here, I don’t know anything about that.’ Then what are you doing, exactly? And where is the leadership? Every single time I have been in this location there are no employees on the floor so I have had to chase someone down to ask for help and then wait an interminable period of time to get ‘help’ from underqualified staff who typically don’t have answers and have to seek out further help. What a complete failure of a business. You have now officially lost my business forever, Best Buy… and certainly the revenue you could have gained from me today. Useless.
