    I recently found out that I cannot use my mobile data to connect my laptop through hotspot, even though this was never mentioned when I switched my plan to Fido a few months ago. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I have to pay extra to use this feature. This is very disappointing. I bring a large amount of unused data every month, yet I am being asked to pay more just to use my own data on another device. This feels unfair and unreasonable, especially since no one clearly explained this limitation when I changed my plan. Customers deserve transparency about these restrictions before signing up.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited Best Buy to buy a pair of headphones and initially spoke with a sales associate who couldn’t clearly explain the differences between the models. Then I met another salesman Geetansh, and the experience was much better. He explained everything in a simple and clear way, compared the features, and helped me choose the perfect headphones for my needs.He was friendly, knowledgeable, and his service made my purchase totally worth it. Really great customer service highly recommended!

    Was away out of the country for a while and I had a laptop mouse that was a couple weeks late with returning it. I had a receipt. They kindly took the laptop mouse back and gave me store credit. I appreciated the help and I'm good with the outcome.

    Very negative experience. Bought a dishwasher and was promised free delivery and installed. However after delivered, I was told they would charge 200 dollars for installation and it is not included from receipt. No one is in responsibility. I wouldn’t buy it if told they would charge for installation. I won’t buy anything from best buy any more.

    Bought my daughter a refurbished iPad from here for my daughter nust after Xmas. Brought it home and while she was setting it up, was locked out. Not sure what she did so we brought it back to The Geek Squad there to fix as it should've still been under warranty. They told me it would cost me $400 dollars to unlock and $20/month subscription to Geek Squad for 1 yr to remedy. Upset I brought it to the Apple store and the first customer service person I spoke to unlocked it in seconds easily. Said somewhere in setup it was changed to voice command. Which they wouldve known at Best Buy as they analyzed it for 20 mins before telling me how much they wanted me to pay. Apple store said "No Charge". Will NEVER spend another dime in Best Buy and urge anyone and everyone to avoid these scammers
