    I had a great experience at Seewall Body Shop. They did an excellent job on my car—it looks incredibly clean and well-finished, even from the very first day. The team was professional, organized, and right on time. Highly recommended!

    I visited the Apple Store at Coquitlam Centre several times to get my iPhone 17, which is still under warranty, fixed. Unfortunately, after four visits, all they did was reset the phone; they had no real knowledge or solution, and no actual help was provided. Worst of all, one of the staff members was extremely rude and disrespectful. I am truly disappointed; there is no proper care or professional service here. If you’re looking for good service, do not choose this location.

    I have visited this Apple Store four times because of an issue with my iPhone 17 Pro, which I purchased less than four months ago and is still under warranty. Unfortunately, the problem still persists. During my third visit, they took my phone to be repaired at the factory, but it was only reset and not actually fixed. Now, after the fourth visit, the issue is still there. As a mother of a four-month-old, it’s been very challenging to keep going back and forth, spending about two hours each time at the store without any resolution. It seems some of the technicians are not very knowledgeable. Overall, this experience has been very frustrating and time-consuming.

    My dad’s iPhone would not turn on so he brought it to the store for help. He has Apple care. They said a part needed to be replaced but didn’t have it in stock. They sent him to another store 30 minutes away instead of replacing the phone for him. He is 80 years old and it was already a long drive to the Coquitlam store. The Guildford store then told him it would take 6 hours to fix. Again, he is quite old and this really stressed him out. He waited around the mall until 8:30pm. All this time and he had no communication means. We pay for apple care and I feel that the service level should have been higher. After getting his phone back they didn’t even help him set it up. Really disappointed in both these stores’ service.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at the Coquitlam Centre location. Yesterday, I visited this location, and after an assessment, I was informed that my phone required a battery replacement. Since this location did not have the required battery in stock, I was directed to another store, where the battery replacement was completed. However, the staff at that location forgot to insert my SIM card back into the phone after the repair. As a result, I returned today to the Coquitlam Centre location to resolve this simple issue. Unfortunately, the staff at this location refused to assist me and insisted that I return to the original store. This was very frustrating, as the issue was caused by an Apple Store service error and should have been resolved at any location. I then asked to speak with the manager, but unfortunately, the manager at the Coquitlam Centre location did not assist me either. Despite clearly explaining my situation, my concern was ignored. This experience was extremely upsetting, and even when I became visibly distressed, no effort was made to help resolve the issue. What made this situation even more disappointing was that I later visited another location, where the issue was resolved quickly and without any hesitation. This clearly shows inconsistency in customer service across locations. Based on this experience, I am very dissatisfied with the service at the Coquitlam Centre location, especially the behavior of the manager. I do not feel comfortable returning to this location in the future. I hope this matter will be taken seriously.
