  They have black Friday specials listed in store for wireless headphones for 59.99 I go in to buy a pair and they tried to charge me 129 and would not honor their price tag on the shelf explaining that they have new staff that mess prices up all the time, do not recommend.. it's not the same store it use to be years a few years ago

  0 stars, 1 star is far to kind.. First off if Natalia is the employee youre going to order or buy something from i WOULDNT. I’d go ask for someone who is capable.. or just leave the store because Best Buy is AWFUL. The girl who helped me didn’t seem to know how to do her job. Natalia at the chilliwack Best Buy, needs a different job. She looked lost.. she had to constantly ask for help and still messed up my order form, didn’t take my email & because of that I couldn’t track my item..Let alone get any help from the online customer help options.. this experience has been THE WORST experience I’ve ever had getting an item..I even asked the employee if she needed to ask for more help and that I didn’t mind waiting.. she refused to take down my email and neglected to put my phone number in the system even tho she asked me for my #, dismissed my concerns and questions.. what an awful and ridiculous experience.. Edit + Update : Went in today on “day of delivery” to pick up my item. They couldn’t even find it in the system, just told me it’s pending and they have no way of tracking it & now way of telling me a date it will arrive.. said they would call me. I asked if they even had my number and they STILL DID NOT. So I told them my number.. after this run around I asked to be refunded, it took them 20 mins to figure out how to refund me! What a ridiculously awful experience. Highly recommend you avoid Best Buy. I saw at least 4 other customers come in to complain, to “get help” they didn’t receive, and to ask where their orders are only to be told the store doesnt know.. avoid avoid avoid.

  Really incompetent staff, went in to pick up an order I placed for pick up, and was ignored for 15 minutes while standing at the pickup counter, without so much as a “hello” or “could I grab someone to help you?” Finally someone came up to me (after I asked), and looked at me in straight up bewilderment and confusion that I could even pick up an online order in store. She helped eventually, and clearly wasn’t new cause the process afterwards was totally normal, just seems like the staff here just really don’t care about customer service even at the most basic level.

  Oh Best Buy. Not the most helpful team in the world. Waited alone at the till for a while to pick up a package. A manager told me to wait for another employee - waited again. That manager then offered to help but claimed I wasn’t authorized and turned me away. I felt like a bit of a fool BUT after reading the pickup instructions from the courier (The same instructions said Best Buy Manager was referring to), I could indeed sign and pick up the package! After another small dilemma I finally walked out with my package. I know it may seem busy on the floor, but it would be a better shopping experience for me if they took some time and didn’t try to pass me off to the next “supervisor”. This is probably the last time I venture through those doors.

  Prices are great, customer service is brutal! I was wandering up and down the isles looking for a tv on sale. 2 associates were visiting, not once asking if they could help us. Once I found the tv I was looking for went to pay the tiny girl asked if we needed help loading the tv. The big burly guy that was chatting earlier refused "not his department " . The tiny girl got the tv out to the car where I loaded the tv. This review was for the Chilliwack store only. All other stores have been great.
