I am writing to formally complain about the customer service I received at the Best Buy store in Chilliwack.
I visited the store to purchase an Apple Watch Series 11. At first, I was helped by Kaitlyn, who was very polite, professional, and took time to understand my needs. She explained everything clearly and guided me properly. I also found Nandani to be helpful and professional.
However, when I went to the customer service counter to complete my purchase, I was assisted by a staff member whose name I believe was Ria or Rahiya (I am not 100% sure of the exact name). Her behavior was extremely unprofessional. She did not acknowledge me properly, continued looking at her screen, and spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. She was also talking and laughing with her colleague while I was waiting.
Her attitude made me feel disrespected as a customer. I came with the intention to make a purchase, but because of her behavior, I almost left without buying anything. I eventually did complete the purchase, but this will be my last purchase from the Chilliwack Best Buy if this kind of service continues.
If there is any doubt about my experience, I respectfully request that management review the security camera recordings at the customer service counter during that time, as they will clearly show her gestures and behavior.
I am sharing this feedback seriously because I do not want any other customer to feel the way I did. Customer service should be respectful and professional at all times.
I want to clearly mention that Kaitlyn and Nandani provided excellent service and should be appreciated. My complaint is only about the unprofessional behavior of the staff member named Ria or Rahiya.
Please take this matter seriously and ensure proper training and discipline so that this does not happen again to any customer.

ATTENTION APPLIANCE BUYERS
After my very poor experience I would not recommend buying your appliances at Best Buy Chilliwack. They promise a certain date range and do not deliver at. Nobody follows up with you with any information on why they didn't deliver, YOU have to call their call center yourself for answers which they are not helpful at all.
The customer service gets even worse with no direct number to call the store so you're forced to drive out in person to speak to a manager.
I spoke with 3 different floor managers and they all promised me they would call me at the end of the day with an update but none of them did.
One of the floor managers even admitted Best Buy's appliance delivery team is not good.
They will refund your money but you have to speak to 3 different managers after multiple store visits to make anything happen.
My advice is go to any other retailor for your appliances and if the floor manager tries brushing you off with a promise of a phone call do not take them on their word.

On tuesday the Manager was standing across from me trying to appear like he was browsing but only stared in 1 spot never moved his neck. I then saw him in another area appearing to creep on me. To assume someone is going to steal when your paycheck is lower than what was in my wallet makes you stupid

I visited the store this Tuesday to return an item, and although returns are not always the most pleasant experience, Alexis completely changed that for us.
Her customer service was truly next level. She was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She handled everything smoothly and made us feel valued as customers.
It’s rare to receive this level of service nowadays, and it honestly made such a positive impression that I felt compelled to leave this review.
