    I would like to review the response given to my previous review. I have clearly stated in my first review, that one of the biggest frustration was that when I contacted Best Buy for help, they failed to help me twice. (once they told me they will call me back and they never did, second time they just dropped the conversation). And the response from the owner was to contact them for resolution.... I tried twice, via the very same link that was provided to me as a "helpful" response to my previous review. If you respond to negative review, your response should be better! Otherwise, don't respond. Very frustrating experience!

    Dear customers, I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy location. I was assisted by a sales associate named Geraldine during Black Friday, who assured me I was getting a good deal on a new phone. Once my bill came through, the charges were completely different from what she explained. When I returned to the store for help, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the team kept defending the incorrect information. Geraldine later reached out again — not to take responsibility, but to justify the misinformation. She even tried to offer me a $50 gift card, but the issue was never about the money. It’s about honesty and not misleading customers. The whole interaction made it clear they were more focused on sales and commission than transparency or genuine customer care. I also felt pressured not to return the devices and never received a real apology or accountability. If anything Geraldine tried to gaslight me by saying “oh it’s only another $5.00 more than what I quoted you for the plan”. Because of this experience, I no longer trust shopping here. Please refrain from shopping at this location until they address these practices.

    I purchased a 1 TB PS5 console online, there was only 1 left in Metrotown so I travelled there just to realize at home I was given a 825 GB console. I went on chat with Best Buy and the person acknowledged that I was either given a wrong item or the website description is inaccurate. They also told me someone from the store will call me within 24 hours. Three days later after receiving no call I went on a chat again and repeated the situation. This advisor told me it is expected that 1 TB console will have 825 GB of usable space. I explained that in this case I was given a 825 GB (which is information I also found on the box) and that the useable space is just above 600 GB. The advisor left the chat without further comment. This was such a poor experience! Definitely never buying from Best Buy again! Response to Best Buy Express (Owner)... I tried contacting you twice, first time I was told someone from the shop will call me (nobody called), second time the advisor just left the chat in the middle of our conversation. I gave up.

    I recently visited the Best Buy Express at Metrotown to get a new cell phone and plan. Even though the store was extremely busy with Black Friday shoppers, the team still took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect option. Preetpal went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Jai and Anishek were also very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the great customer service overall!
