However, a few weeks later, $201 was withdrawn from my account without any explanation. I called Best Buy customer service on October 20th, 2025, at 7:48 PM. The representative who answered the call was extremely rude and unprofessional. Once he realized I hadn’t purchased the phone directly through him, he refused to help and ignored my concerns. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it and then hung up on me. He told me to go to the store because I “wasn’t his customer,” and made it clear he didn’t want to assist me. This experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable. I trusted Best Buy as a reputable company, but I would not recommend doing business with anyone who treats customers this way or misleads them about charges. I am requesting that this issue be investigated and that the $201 be refunded immediately.
