    Worst customer service .. I went to check out some laptops and I needed help from one of the reps but no one is around, waited for 30 minutes at least and when I complained to the manager she sent someone who took me to someone else and the last guy asked me to wait for a minutes then he VANISHED and never came back !!! So rude and impolite

    Amazing experience during boxing week at the phone and provider booth. Dealt with Gabriel and the Assistant Store manager both times. Both super efficient and the ASM was great, bouncing between three deals happening to make sure things are running smooth.

    Bought an Asus laptop. The staff did not know anything about laptops or the insurance they were selling at all and told me wrong facts or could not answer questions, even about their own store policy. Also they made a best buy account for me without telling me and when I found out, they refused to delete my best buy account after I told them to do so. Trying to sell my data I guess. Super frustrating experience. Also why do you need 3 different people to sell 1 laptop to 1 customer?

    Worst store ever seen, This store doesn’t have any internet signal and public wifi. Employees are saying to out of the store and then use your internet and then come back in. Some of the employees are just talking with each other, they are not helping anyone, specially in laptop area.

    Went in to purchase a ROG gaming monitor as a gift and spoke with a sales person for about 30 minutes confirming that it would connect to a specific ROG laptop, I provided the model number and pictures of all ports on said laptop. I was assured that they were compatible and there would be no problems connecting the two, I personally have very little knowledge on such things, informed them of that and they assured me they knew what they were talking about. Only to find when I got home that not only the two wouldn’t connect but that ROG didn’t even produce the cable I needed! I had to go all the way back to the store, spent about an hour talking to multiple sales representatives and having to explain the situation over and over again because the sales team could not comprehend the issue. Ended up resolving eventually but am extremely disappointed in the lack of competency with the sales department and seemingly lack of motivation to actually help me get what I payed for. Giant waste of time and money overall, in future I will be going to a retailer where the employees are actually knowledgeable on the product they are selling.
