    Hello! We were here looking to get a Lenovo laptop but no one was in the area to help us. We went to the desk near Bosch where a staff was helping an elderly couple and he said he would help us get someone, but we were still left unattended. I tried waving my hands around but there was just no staff around. Hoping this would get noticed, thank you :)

    They gave me the wrong PC. I had to pay an extra $225 on top of the 1000$ price tag and several Uber rides to get there and back. They never said sorry or anything.

    Got Freshii fast food ,delicious while waiting for computer installation of apps. The staff said will be ready by 6pm but short staff ,so delayed . Suggested the staff to call customer not to come because of short staff. The staff at the Geek Squad and mobile phone area have tried very hard ,so thank you everyone. Problem is not a matter, skills for problem solving make a difference. Management should call for help during busy hours. They should check if staff are supper busy or not.
