We went to the desk near Bosch where a staff was helping an elderly couple and he said he would help us get someone, but we were still left unattended. Suggested the staff to call customer not to come because of short staff. The staff at the Geek Squad and mobile phone area have tried very hard ,so thank you everyone. Problem is not a matter, skills for problem solving make a difference. Management should call for help during busy hours. They should check if staff are supper busy or not.
