Before purchase the staff is friendly and convincing, offering useful advice and making the sale feel easy. After you pay the tone changes and communication becomes sporadic or overly formal, repair or refund timelines get postponed without clear explanations, and warranty promises are not always honoured promptly. My practical advice is to keep every receipt and written estimate, note the names of staff you deal with, and insist on testing the device before leaving the shop. Take photos of the product at handover and perform basic checks in front of the salesperson. This is my observation and not a definitive judgement. Others may have different experiences but taking these precautions can save you time and money

Fui el 31 de octubre (el mall estaba llenísimo por Halloween 🎃) a cambiar la batería de mi iPhone sin cita, y aun así me atendieron súper rápido y con mucha amabilidad. Todo el personal fue muy comprensivo y profesional. No recuerdo los nombres, pero tanto el gerente como los demás empleados fueron muy atentos y me ayudaron en todo momento. De hecho, ni pensaba comprar nada, y terminé comprando por lo bien que me atendieron 😄. ¡Gracias al equipo de Apple Metrotown por su excelente servicio! 👏
