  1 star for Geraldine 5 stars for Daniel I came in today for the one-day only $25 for 80gb promo, Geraldine informed me that the system was down. She took down my information and assured me that I would be called once the system is up and running. I told her that I had other commitments and can only wait for about an hour. She assured me it shouldn't take longer than 30mins and that she would contact me. Almost an hour later spent wandering at the mall with no voicemails or missed calls, I walked back to check. I find out that the system was already back up and running, Geraldine had left work, did not contact me, and did not inform anyone else about me. Daniel tried to reach Geraldine multiple times because I was supposedly Geraldine's customer and he did not feel comfortable taking her sale. I'm not sure what the protocol is but I don't think the level of "service" I received from Geraldine was adequate enough to count as her sale. I understand the volume of customers for the promo was very high but she should've arranged for follow-up from someone else if she couldn't get to me in time for her shift to end. The complete lack of awareness from other staff assured me that had I not gone back myself, no one would've called me back. Thankfully Daniel stepped in to assist me, despite his own busy workload, and got me set up. He was clear and comprehensive in explaining the details of the promotion. That part went very smoothly and I had no problems there. As I left, I think I overheard another customer who required assistance also mention Geraldine and a lack of follow up so...

  Called at 10am asking about a promo Came in at 5 right after work to do my plan switch During the process, Geraldine said their system seemed to be down. She said to wait 40mins to an hour or come back tomorrow, saying if the system is down, they will extend the promo. She said she would contact me to come back when it was back online. I came back an hour and a bit later since she didn't contact me. People are lined up, I get back in line and as I get to the register I said I was here earlier and the info I wrote down was with Geraldine. Daniel said let me contact her and then told me to move to the side while he helped the customer behind me. ?? I ended up just doing the transfer process from the start with Jai, the store manager. He helped me and I was faster than the person who Daniel helped behind me. I don't understand why he didn't just help me, or why Geraldine didn't contact me. A 20 min process became 2 hours. Bet it's not extended until tomorrow
