    I would like to give zero stars to Best Buy Metrotown McKay Venue staff - only the TV department. They made by TV purchase journey very painful. The first day we were at Best Buy the staff was least interested to assist us and finally kicked us to Surrey outlet saying the TV we were looking for was out of stock. When we went back to exchange it to a bigger TV again at the Metrotown outlet the second executive this time said he needs to take an approval for the exchange which would take a few days and kicked me back to Surrey outlet again. This time the TV we wanted to exchange to was on a massive 600$ discount so he said he will put the tv on hold while we check with Surrey. Once I checked with Surrey outlet with no luck I came back to Metrotown Best Buy and the TV was gone and no one had a clue. They said LG took it back and when escalated the floor Maanger Sukh was of no help. Instead of checking what has happened with an intention of fixing the issue she gave a helpless approach. She said they had no control over inventory, process or pricing. I’m very disappointed with the way the entire situation was handled. I was willing to purchase a bigger tv when they had stock and offer but due to their lack of professionalism and customer service I ended up with nothing. Very disappointed.

    I love Best Buy, but this store lack of good customer service. People who work there doesn't seem happy when customers approach to ask questions or pickup stuff that was not on display.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Best Buy, specifically with Geek Squad. I approached a staff member (Andre) with a simple request—to show me how to open a remote to change the battery. To my surprise, I was refused and told I would need to pay $40 upfront just for that basic assistance. This was shocking and honestly quite frustrating. What should have been a quick and helpful interaction turned into a negative experience. The staff came across as extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Definitely not the level of service I expected. I then walked to Crystal Mall just 3 minutes away. The staff greeted me with a warm welcome and assisted me immediately—no extra charge just to help. I only paid $3.41 for a new battery and received 100% satisfactory service. The contrast in customer service was unbelievable. One place tried to charge $40 just to show me something simple, while the other solved the issue quickly, professionally, and kindly. I know which place I’ll be returning to in the future.

    This e-commerce store is really good, with a wide range of products and the prices are quite reasonable. Every time I go shopping, I feel it's very pleasant to explore, and it's easy to find what I want. Moreover, the shipping speed is also very fast, so you don't have to wait too long. The customer service is also very friendly and resolves any issues very efficiently. I will come here again to buy it if I need it next time!
